Despite the disruptions to flights through the middle east due to the Iran war, my agent Michael Coby was both friendly, communicative and professional in handling by booking with Qatar airline. Michael went above and beyond to keep me informed throughout this troubling time.

Good and bad mangers makes a difference
Well the manager at carindale was very rude and we walked away thinking of just booking online. Could find the same tickets on you internet but cheaper. He just told us he was too busy to do anything. So basic go away.
Lucky we need to do some shopping at wynnum and stop in there. The lady there was amazing listen to us, helped us to find the right flights and she was so good we booked our flights with her even through the they cost more than the internet. She was just a great manager..if not needs to be one.a valuable asset to the company.
