I used this company to claim back expenses from Ryanair after they cancelled out flight and we were forced to by another. We were able to claim a refund of our cancellation flight plus the difference of the second and compensation for the inconvenience. It seems very strange that all of a sudden everyone who has previously written a negative review about flightdelay.com is being contacted and asked if we have confused them with another company!
Why now ? Why after all this time ? You’ve only just realised? OR MAYBE YOU'RE GASLIGHTING ALL OF US ??!!

This company have been a nightmare. After winning compensation from Jet2 I was sent an invoice from flightdelay. I asked them to send me their correspondence between themselves and Jet2 so I could see if they actually won our claim or I had myself from Jet2 directly. They didn't send this and demanded I pay the invoice immediately. I explained I wasn't in a position to pay it in full and asked if I could set up a payment plan with them. I had no reply. A few weeks later I had an email from a European debt collecting agency, demanding I pay them immediately. This company has caused me nothing but grief and anxiety. I wish I'd never used them, it turns out I didn't even have to use them because Jet2 were paying out to customers anyway. It's Christmas next week and I don't think I'll be here to see it. I have woken up to yet another financially threatening email from their debt collector. Flight delay you've put so much pressure on me the past few months, I can't cope anymore. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE anyone reading this DO NOT use flightdelay, you don't need them to make a claim against an airline, they just want your money!!!

Hi yource as my claim goes back 2018 I do not have the original reference number. I got in touch with HaywardBaker they have given me the a reference number that is between yourselves and HaywardBaker proof that the money they collected from the airline and was sent over to yous on the 27/07/21. I did what you said and emailed yous with these details. I’ve also sent them a letter today .I’m still on waiting n a reply . Hope this matter can be resolved
