I was looking for a good deal to flight from Boston to Las Vegas, and found one on Flight Fare Deals!

Pablo González called me very quickly to answer all my questions and be sure I was getting the best deal. It was a great buying experience, really recommended!

I booked a flight with them through Jetcost and after see they didn´t charge my credit card I call them to see what is the problem. First, they were answer my doubts and it seemed they were working but then, they just stopped to answer me and hanged up the phone. I called through another number phone, they just were mean with me and hanged up the phone multiples time. At the last time, they increased the price and again they were so mean with me and hanged up the phone.

I booked my round-trip.Come to find out my trip was pending. When I called , they said that the seats were all sold out. But if I paid four hundred and fifty dollars I can be upgraded. They should not sell Seats if they are not available.

Matthew provided great customer service. He was patient, understanding and met my personal wants. He also followed up, ensuring that I received my tickets and the information was correct.

I was waiting for my booking to be charged on my card. Got a call from their Customer Service. Very bad spanish, hard to understand. Tried to continue in english, but she continued in spanish. My flight had a new price, she was making presure on me to check the new offer she sent me on email. She even said "don't hang up, read the e-mail, answer and we can make the booking". I said I needed time to like at it, she even asked me how long. At the end, she hanged up the call, cause, cancelled my booking because she couldnt convince me with her very unfriendly pressure.

I use this website almost exclusively to book my travel. It’s best to book early but if you are a procrastinator like me, they do their best to get you an affordable flight. Sammy was my customer service representative today and he was incredibly helpful at finding flights that met our needs. He was friendly, professional, and set a goal to keep us happy in our reservation and he succeeded in doing so.

Sammy is the real deal. Me, my friends and family will from now on only use Sammy. He is persistent until he delivers what he promised. How refreshing is that

Matthew Smith was helpful in getting me a flight. What I disliked is that I had chosen a deal on the website and was told it was unavailable but instead of getting a deal at the same price, I had to get a pricier offer.

I believe that Flight Fare is an exceptional company, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to book trips. The customer support is exceptional, adeptly handling any issues that may arise and assisting with flight bookings to meet one's expectations.

Last year I bought 7 flight tickets through jetcost. Ana Garcia was very helpful at the beginning. But when she charged me the tickets on mi debit card, she charged me $170 extra. I talked to her several times and she agreed there was a mistake and promised to give that money back. Once she put her supervisor on the phone and he was very rude and unrespectful with me while he shouted to me.
They told me that they were going to reverse my money but I'm still waiting. They have changed their phone number twice. I'm disappointed .

I was organizing the purchase of an emergency ticket to Canada for a friend who was difficult to reach in Costa Rica. I talked to Sammy and Rust several times, they were very helpful, respectful and understanding. Even when the call dropped, they called me back quickly. They helped a frustrating situation be more manageable.
