Bait and switch.

Had flights posted on website for $105. The next day they called and said there were no seats available at the price and I'd have to buy one for $250. I said no. Checked their website again and it was listed for $123. Called in and was told the website wasn't updated. How can they pretend that is the case??? This is selling flights!!!

Don’t waste your time or money

What seems like a scam is not but you will not receive anything close to a discount. I booked flights and within hours received a call they were overbooked and I needed a new flight. They accommodated by giving me the same price for the next flights. I was contacted a second time days later to say those flights weren’t available either. Three flight changes later I was told they couldn’t discount the flights were more and my discounted tickets were now over $500 like way over. Last minute pressure I accepted them to only be told I had to wait until 24 hrs before the flight to call and receive a confirmation code then call the airlines for boarding passes. I had to do this again when departing my destination. This caused nothing but grief and after looking into the pricing they made $200 off me by not booking my original flight. I’m embarrassed to say I allowed high pressured sales tactics to get to me because I was panicked I wouldn’t get flights. Don’t waste your time or money. Book ahead of time yourself.

Minus the cancelation and back n forth…

Minus the cancelation and back n forth phone calls and emails me and my family was given the next flight available with LEGIT VALID BOARDING PASSES I can say some of the employees care more than others and I was afraid I was scammed but I WAS NOT .

Booked a flight

Booked a flight. Then received a call. Then was told the fare changed to an extra $100. Then Pable said he can drop it to $50 after I told him I was desperate because it was for a funeral, my family member passed away suddenly. Then he said I will receive a confirmation within 24 hours, which I found strange. But I said okay. Finally received the confirmation the next day, confirmed it with Southwest but was not a valid ticket. I called and was on hold for a long time. Emailed them to cancel my reservation since I could not confirm my ticket as valid. Pable said there's a glitch in their system and he's working on fixing. At that point I had enough of his lies and told him to cancel my ticket. He started arguing with me and started yelling over the phone. He kept trying to convince me that he would fix the problem and I kept telling him to cancel my ticket. In the end he agreed to cancel the ticket that was still invalid after 48 hours. He said cancellation takes 5-7 days. It's day 3. I am praying it's cancelled. I work so hard for my money and needed a ticket due to someone passing away suddenly. I pray Pablo keeps his word. I am also working with my credit card company to provide them with proof that the ticket was never valid for me to use. I have several screenshots. Oh yeah, when I told Pablo about the screenshot is when he agreed to the cancellation. Please don't use these people. I had a horrible experience. They take advantage of desperate people. SO SAD!!!

Horrible company

Horrible company. Definitely SCAM. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Found the flights I wanted to book on their site at a good price. Went thru the booking processes, received an email from them. A few hours later called but I missed the call when I called them back they first said they couldn’t find me in their system that I had to have booked on another site. I said well then how did you get our names and contact information because you left a message to return you call. Then the story was they couldn’t honor the price published because the there was a glitch between their system and the airline. After much heated discussion they sent a cancellation notice and email stating they will not be charging my credit card. (I will be checking that for a while!). Strangely enough even though they are aware of this ’glitch’ they are still publishing the price on their website! So I do not recommend this company at all

Thefarehub will sale you a ticket then the airline will cancel it then if you don’t want to do business with them and have your money refunded they will charge you a fee , that’s a good strategy of making money with hundreds of customers.

I WAS SCAMMED !!!!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRÇUMSTANCES use this company to book a plane ticket!!!! They sent me a fake email from an airline that i have a Confirmation number but i do not get a e-ticket. In reality flight was 'pending' not confirmed and then when i ask Flight fare hub for a refund, they refund some of the money after three days and refuse to refund the rest!!!!. They raise their voice at me when I call, are rude to me and put me on hold for a long time to frustrate me. Dealing with this company was a nightmare. Do yourself a favour and AVOID them!!!

Scammers!!!!

If I could give a negative, even better find the "agents". They are a whole scam. Spoke to these people and found a flight they charged me a price and when I looked into my account a was charge over a hundred dollar more on my booking. When I called "their billing" department they referred me back them scammers, called them and they kept insinuating it wasn't them I should check the name of the place that charge me, which was a different name then them but same number. Make that make sense. Planned my daughter's first trip and got scammed over $650. Farehub, Mondee whatever you guys are, should be ashamed of yourselves! It's sad that you do this to hard working people.

Classic bait and switch

Classic bait and switch. I used flight fare hub for two tickets to Rome basic economy on Delta. I get a call within an hour of booking stating that is no longer available at that price. We do have economy though available for that same price for $400 more. When I bought the tickets, it said five tickets left. Deceptive prices. Buyer beware!

THIS PLACES SUCKS!!!

Be aware of this place . Don't trust on it !!! We bought some airplane tickets to Cancún, 5 days later, they called me to inform me that the flight that we selected were sold out. They also informed me that there was absolutely nothing they can do about it and also that they were not responsible for any Hotel, Excursions or any other booking that you already have for that trip. Be extra careful, they just sale smoke and then ...nothing !!
