I was redirected to Flightfinder when I tried to call Delta Airlines. I was concerned that I was not getting my confirmation on a flight I had just booked to Italy. I was told by the reservation representative that she would be able to access that same flight and provide the confirmation. I was informed that the credit card payment did not go through. She suggested the use of another credit card which also did not go through. She told me that I would need to contact my card financial institution by calling the number on the back to get this issue resolved. I was able to get the charge authorized and got the confirmation number. I wanted reassurance that the original charge would not be put through and was told that it would drop off. After a couple of days, I checked my bank statement and found that the charge was recaptured and also posted to my account. That charge did not result in a booking confirmation, so I basically paid Flightfinder but did not get the Delta flight. I called immediately and was unsuccessful in reaching the agent. I left several messages and was never given a call back. I resorted to seeking help with other representatives and managers to get a refund put through and a credit of the duplicate charge that supposedly did not go through. I have been fighting with them since Jan 17, 2026. I have been put on hold, cut off, transferred to managers that reassure me that after talking to their "refund" team I will get the confirmation e mail of my credit and was even given a confirmation number of the refund. I can never speak to the same manager more than once. When I call back for them specifically, they are conveniently [rather inconveniently for me] not available, on a dinner break or not in the office yet or gone for the day! As of my last attempt to speak with the original reservation agent she was "no longer employed "there! Needless to say, I am extremely frustrated! I would not recommend Flightfinder to anyone. Their customer service is not professional and does not have any follow-through. They offer their phone number [Can never get through! Person at this number is not available!!] and email address [Which is actually not monitored, and emails get sent back undeliverable!] for any issues that may come up afterward but don't respond. Their constant "Don't worry about that. You will get a call back or an email confirmation will be received in 30 minutes or reassurance that a credit is in process" attitude is not reassuring and definitely worrisome. "You have my name and you can call any time as many times as you want. I see that you are correct and do deserve a refund and can see how many times you called about this." is frankly just lip service! There is no sense of urgency in taking care of the issue. They obviously don't care at all. I want to warn anyone that Flightfinder is not a reputable company, and amends needs to be made to me and every other unsuspecting victim of this company. They also use alternate names of Travel Back and Easy Trips. [I have currently been on hold for 67 minutes waiting to speak to someone....]
