I booked tickets online for 3 people…
I booked tickets online for 3 people for $740 total including main cabin. I received a phone call a couple hours later saying that the flight was booked and my tickets were no longer available for that fee. On the phone someone was able to help me get other tickets but for more than double the price. I am quite unhappy about this. I shouldn't have been able to see the cheap tickets nor should I have been able to book them. It is false advertisement. The customer service person was nice and was able to help. I am just upset with the company.

Scam
Scam. Literally 4 hours after booking they call and try to double the price based on official airline prices....what a scam!! You book at $900 and they call wanting to charge me $1800....such bull. I cannot believe companies have the nerve to treat customers like this. It is false advertising and illegal.

Im so thankful I found this website. I was looking for affordable flights for 4 of us, over the holidays. I somehow booked and paid for 2 tickets and not 4, so I had to call the customer service line. They answered the phone quickly and put me in touch with Nicole Brown. She was extremely helpful. She explained to me what probably happened, and was quick to cancel the reservation I didn’t want, and help me find similar flight for 4 people. It was a process for her, since flight prices are ever changing, but she worked with me and her resources to make a reservation for me that was cheaper than other sites, and still a reputable airline. She kept me informed through email and phone calls. She was great with updating me on the status of her search, making sure I was ok with the flight and price prior to charging my account, and followed up afterwards to let me know when the billing team completed the transaction. She really took the pressure off of me to find exactly what I was looking for, since she has more resources than I do as a consumer. I really appreciate her help and can’t wait for our trip!

Did not get what I purchased
I booked a roundtrip non-stop ticket and the airline was Southwest. The day after my booking I was contacted and told Southwest no longer had the non-stop flight available but if I flew the next calendar day for an upcharge I could be on a direct flight. I paid the increase cost and did not get a direct flight. The Flightsnest representative kept telling me the additional stop was a hidden stop for refuleing. There was nothing hidden about this stop. All but five passengers debarked and there was another 100 plus passengers waiting to board the airplane at this "hidden" stop. Southwest agents were very confused with my return tickets. I should have been booked with one continuous ticket rather than two tickets. I was required to leave the plane even though it was going to my final detination. I had to deal with Southwest cusomter service trying to figure out the ticket mess (Southwest was great); I had to wait with the other passengers to reboard a hidden stop that was represented to me as a "direct fight." I did talk with Flightnest about my concerns and I recieved a $100 for my inconveniance but it was not worth the inconvenience.

Helpful in finding the cheapest price. Found it is better to call an agent directly as my web order was unavailable. That being said they corrected the issue to the best of their ability to meet my needs. Talked to Dominic and he was helpful and understanding.
