Absolutely terrible. Make sure to do the research first. This is nothing that a qualified local licensed real estate professional could not help you with and much less of a fee. I had to not only get an attorney to write letters for FRAUD but States Attorney Generals had to be notified and complaints filed. Luckily I was protected with my credit card during a dispute for a refund however this company is scam. BUYER BEWARE!
