I am a new customer to FLIPZ just started buying them on a regular basis. They are so moreish, great comfort food. I would like it if you could keep the strawberry cheesecake flavour please as it says on the packaging it is limited addition. I will continue to buy this flavour even though I love all of them. The Strawberry Cheesecake is by far my favourite. Best thing I've tasted in a long time. I would highly recommend but be warned this flavour is addictive. My family keep asking me to go to the shop and get more.

My experience with FlipZ has been a nightmare.
1. No Communication: Their "support" is non-existent. Emails go unanswered, the chat is unresponsive, and the contact number provided blocks all incoming calls. You literally cannot reach them.
2. The Issue: I purchased an iPhone SE (Order #FZC34793), received a faulty unit, and returned it immediately. The return was completed on Nov 11th.
3. The Result: It has been over a month, and I have received neither my replacement iPhone 7 Plus nor a refund of my ₹5,124.
They have taken my money and cut off contact. This is not how a legitimate business operates. Highly NOT recommended.

I orderd vivo y56 8gb ram 256gb but they sent oppo A56 8gb ram 256gb rom .I requested to please give my ordered phone .They committed to exchange the mobile. They said to return the phone. After that they started to embrace me also they blocked my number and specially account department Mam's behaviour was very wrong. After 2-3 call she blocked my number. After that I called from another phone and again booked the same Mobile they again committed to provide the same and demands for advance 1000/- I ordered atleast 5 time for same Mobile but they didn't given. After very struggle they agree to give the phone. They given me vivo V 20 SE after 45 days .This is 4G mobile instead of 5G. Also this is 8/128 but commitment was 8/256 also there is hanging problem sometimes in typing.
They are cheating . And I requested to all to don't believe on this website.

Completely fraud website and scammer's, I placed order for an iphone 11 but one of their mf (99900 86330) called me and said that the product isn't available i said no worries whenever it's in stock lemme know but he says you'll have to pay 300 rupees first to secure your phone because this iphone 11 sells quickly so once I pay the 300 once the mobile is in stock the product will be shipped directly. I didn't want to pay but i Said 300 is nothing so i paid. They keep on sending me videos that this is in stock in this colour until another stupid person from they're stupid company called saying that i should take another mobile iphone XS that 11 isn't available. I said no it's 11 i want then she says that okay then we'll do refund cuz the iphone 11 isn't available. I messaged this (99900 86330) number saying someone called me and said so . Then he said the phone will be arranged before 19th April .and as expected they ghosted me till today no response, they're seeing message but not replying. The send stupid and useless message saying a person from our team will contact you. When they contact you they'll say refund will be done in 24hrs I waited but no refund the other said 1 week. I waited but no refund. 300 is actually nothing for me but i can't give my money to scammer's and frauds who sit online to eat people's money. All those 5 star reviews you see in their page are fake mostly done by them so that we'll believe them. Guys don't buy from FLIPZ they're absolutely fraud

Flipz.com is fraud. Do not buy anything from these people. They are çheatets and fraud. I brought a laptop cash on delivery from them. they have send me a laptop which is not working at all. They tell every time that customer support or technical support will call you but no one calls back and after receiving the call a couple of times they do not answer to your call and start declining your call. Someone called Preeti phone no 9990689436 and another lady from +91 85128 60280 calls you at the time of order.

It is mentioned it is part of jai Durga enterprises at Kalkaji New Delhi.

Don't buying this app any item, Because I ordered a chrome book from this app but they charged me Rs 200 for delivery from India but I have not refunded the item yet. Many of my friends have been wronged in the same way. They are charging everyone Rs 200 for delivery. This is a very cheating and fraudulent company. Do not buy anything from them under any circumstances.

No refund policy by company i buy a google pixel from that company they deliver me a damage phone after this i make a video in front of delivery boy he told me sir please return that product after that incident i call company customer care they arrange a return pickup for item and tell me they give me return amount in 7 days after 7 days they tell me give more 7 days after 14 days they told me we return your amount 50% today but the not paid after 20 days they give me time 6 to 9 pm but they didnt transfer my amount totay fake system

They are totally fake Please don’t order anything from them recently, I have ordered iPhone 8 From them, and I got iPhone SE gen1 They said We will exchange it But they didn’t do that From three months, I am asking for my refund First, they said you have to wait for seven days. We have seven days refund policy. But till now, I didn’t get my refund. Their customer care services is also very poor. They are totally fake. Please don’t buy anything from them and tell others. Also, please do not buy anything from them and complain it.

Why would you send a wrong phone without the buyer's consent ? If you dont have the ordered phone, inform customers and ask for other preference or refund them. I fact dont accept orders if you dont have the phone in the first place.
