Fantastic Customer Service
I’m absolutely delighted to update my review of Floorstore.
After initially being disappointed with my experience regarding a return, I contacted the Managing Director directly to explain my concerns. I have to say, the way the matter was handled afterwards was absolutely fantastic.
The Managing Director personally listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to resolve the situation. I was extremely pleased to receive a full refund, and I genuinely appreciate the time, understanding and professionalism shown.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that is willing to listen to its customers and put things right when something hasn’t gone as expected.
I’m very grateful for the way this was resolved and I’m more than happy to completely change my original review. Floorstore have shown excellent customer service, and I would now have no hesitation in recommending them.
Thank you to the Managing Director for taking the time to personally deal with my concerns and ensuring everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Fantastic service and a fantastic outcome. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We’re sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be to incur a return charge, particularly when goods are unopened and returned promptly.
Our 25% returns charge forms part of our standard returns policy and was clearly set out in the terms agreed and signed at the time of purchase. While we appreciate this was not the outcome you had hoped for, the policy was applied consistently in this instance.

Went to the floorstore on roseville road for a quote fir the council , they sent me to the outlet on regent Street as they where very helpful and welcoming 🙏
