Floorstore Wakefield is a 14,000 square foot showroom, split across two levels. We designed it inch by inch to offer a unique customer experience, both visually and physically. Displayed to be logical and inspiring, we hope to give customers the best chance of choosing their perfect floor or bed. With 10,000 square feet devoted to showing their most fantastic range of flooring available to suite all varieties of budgets and tastes. The other 4,000 square feet will display a huge selection of beds, along with other bedding accessories.

Excellent Product Advice and Customer Service
Excellent service, as always, from Paul. He's always spot on with advice, whether that's for carpets or harder to manage areas like kitchen/bathroom. Never disappointed with our choices. This time a great, hardwearing carpet, which Paul squeezed as many rooms as possible out of the piece we bought, making it really economical. Great customer service and attention to detail, even the fitters are fab! Thank you once again for being amazing.

Always a pleasure shopping here, had a return visit today to purchase flooring for my new home office.
Great store and great flooring, looking forward to the fitting.
Big shout out to Robert at the store who’s looked after us on both occasions.
The fitter Sacko, deserves a shout out also.
Worked hard fitting our hallway in the summer heat last year and will be returning to fit our office flooring.

Great choice
Paul in store was clear, no grey and mixing his views on the flooring in store and the quality...this helped me when making a decision about what flooring to purchase. They were a wide range in store......so plenty to look at.
Paul and his team helped to get all the boxes in the car - it was a swift transaction, and I was able to use my Blue Light Card to get a good discount.
I would have rated 5 but they were no motion of delivery.
I would recommend taking a look in store.

I’m really happy with my new floor
I’m really happy with my new floor. I didn’t know anything about lvt before I went into the Wakefield store. Colin was really helpful explained the process and options really well and provided an accurate estimate of costs, advised on the different shades and confirmed the fitting dates. Wayne the fitter was great too a really nice job, good communication throughout and super efficient ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great customer experience
I met your sale’s quality manager Paul today who explained the type of product available. I was looking to replace my kitchen floor with a more hard wearing surface. Paul sorted me a a product I was happy with and very efficient in arranging for the job to be completed within a 3 week timescale.

Quality flooring at a competitive price with knowledgeable staff
I went into the Floorstore a few weeks ago to look at Lvt. When I walked in the store I was greeted with a friendly smile and asked if I needed any help. I explained that I had brought samples of everything I was getting in the bathroom and was looking for Lvt to blend in with them. Colin quickly pointed out where the types of flooring was and where to look for click flooring. He then held my samples and walked around with me and we discussed what I wanted it to look like. He then gave me his thoughts on what would go well with my samples. After comparing different colours and styles and talking things through, I loved one of his suggestions. So today, I returned to buy the flooring and he remembered me. He looked after me throughout the whole process. Colin was friendly professional and smiling, he helped me work out how much I would need and he checked stock levels to ensure it was in stock. If you’re looking to buy quality flooring at a very competitive price and you want fantastic service from someone who knows all about flooring, then go to the Floorstore in Wakefield and see Colin. Highly recommended.
