Only reason I do not give them zero stars is you have to select at least 1. They should do percentages or fractions of a star.Site said delivers from U.S. Depot!!! I never received my merchandise and they supposedly sent it out again (Still from China though no matter what the site said!). Waited over a month and a half, they reported delivered yet again. I asked for a refund. They said they too took losses due to the shipping company not doing their job correctly. They offered 75% refund. I told them they were verging on fraud. They offered 100%. Still have not received my money and it has been over 6 months now!!!

This company is a scam. I placed an order with this company and have been waiting over a month to receive nothing.

Complete scam website. Even the phone number they have listed is fake. I too purchased a dress, I thought in good faith, only to wait for over a month for it, to be charged USD and then they fraduently took another $78.00 out of my account. I had to cancel my card and we all know how annoying to change all your direct debit details. The dress would have to be the most revolting dress I have seen, website Lists is as cotton, it polyester. I have been on their live chat today trying to get a refund but I think I have kissed that money goodbye. How do these companies continually get away with this type of behaviour. SCAM SCAM SCAM...Like all the others have said this is a SCAM. The Florina Melbourne website not only scams you by advertising the item at a cheap price and then charges you in USD not Australian dollars, they also illegally charge your credit card with a "premium membership subscription" which was $75. For anyone who has bought from this so called company and received a shockingly inferior product, please check your bank account for further unauthorised charges. It showed up on my bank statement as "maxlifeup.com". I have cancelled my subscription on their website but please contact your bank to have them blocked and cancel your bankcard. Also report the company to Scamwatch and report their Facebook page too. DO NOT USE - SCAM

I ordered from Florina Melbourne but obviously this place does not exist. I was charged in USD$ when it was advertised I'm AU$. I order to size instructions bit dress is way to big. Have been on a chat line with them but they will not exchange for a smaller size.
Company is a scam. Product is such poor quality not worth $5. I paid $46 when it was advertised for $29.00

Do not order from this company. They are not a Melbourne company. I ordered from Florina Melbourne. I was charged in USD which made the item nearly twice as expensive Received an email stating my item would be delayed. So I tried to cancel. Once I received my item it was faulty and after about 20 emails back and forth they still will not let me return it. Emails come back with bot like replies. The emails are coming from a company called Yearspace.

Don't waste your money the dress I ordered is dreadful! Made of cheap polyester = plastic..I was charged in USD!!. No where on the site does it say USD so $29.95 ended up being $43.75 and it's not worth $3 They are not in Melbourne as the ad suggests. It's a SCAM & the company should be stopped from doing business here!

It was advertised as Florina Melbourne but is definitely not in Australia. Not once did I see USD anywhere on the website but was charged USD after the process had gone through. Obviously they weren’t interested in canceling my order and giving me a refund. Do not order from them. A BIG SCAM

A SCAM. Never updated shipping information. Sent same email over and over. Item never arrived.

They don’t reply to your emails, don’t have a phone number, can’t track your parcel as they they send a fake shopping number, don’t inform you about anything. DONT SHOP HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Bestellt eine RedBull Jacke, nach 2 Wochen angekommen. Die Jacke ist aus Papier und einfach Müll. Keine Antworte auf meine Fragen „um zurückzusenden“. Einfach stille und ignorieren meine Fragen. Betrügt die Menschen und verkauft Müll !

They aren't replying to email! bought a jacket and wanted a Retoure, had to pay 11$ for it and didn't even get my money back!
