Awful experience
Awful experience. I ordered flowers for a funeral 10 days in advance and clearly specified the required delivery time. I was assured this would be handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered over three hours late and did not arrive in time for the funeral. I will never order from here again—this was incredibly upsetting and deeply disrespectful.

Poor quality
I bought a bouquet of flowers and not even 3 days passed and they had started to die and fall apart. When asked for a refund I was told that I couldn’t get one.
