Recipient delighted with flowers & vase - thanks for cheering her up!

Awful customer service - I’ve emailed and messaged on instagram since last week and heard nothing. The order I cancelled has now been sent!

I received flowers as a gift from this company, first time I have heard of them, flowers arrived shrivelled, put them in water and waited some days, they never came to life. I reached out to them on instagram to let them know and they do not reply to customer service messages, so many bad reviews on them, I feel so sorry for the person who sent me a gift, I didn’t tell them but still it’s rather shocking quality and service. I would not recommend. The flowers are extremely tiny, the size of a hand size. You need an extra mini vase for them to go in.

The range of choice, ease of ordering and delivery was brilliant. This was the first time I have used FlowerBe and will definitely use again and would highly recommend

FlowerBe are a great company. Deliver small packages of beautifully tailored blooms ready to pop in a small vase and enjoy for at least two weeks. The flowers are beautiful and long lasting. The ceramic vase you can buy to go with them is beautifully crafted. Great customer service when needed.

I bought a 12 month subscription as an 80th birthday present. They arrived on schedule and the recipient really loved them. She trained as a florist, and has a high-bar for floral gifts... FlowerBe exceeded expectations!

I think due to the hot weather the flowers were rather wilted and sad. Perhaps some sort of wrapping around the stems would help. Otherwise your blooms are always so lovely.

My daughter ordered flowers for my wife for Mother's Day back in March, with two more bunches to follow in April and May. The first one arrived okay and lasted a while but the small daisy type blooms looked a little sad. April's didn't arrive at all, then two turned up in May both looking half dead. My daughter contacted the company, which apologized and said I would get another in June, which have just arrived today. Delivered by a guy who said that they had been delivered to him by mistake .The address and post code were correct, but the flowers inside were limp and again looking half dead and a couple of stems broken so had to put in the bin. A very disappointing gift that our daughter spent good money on. Nice idea, but I'd rather buy from a supermarket than waste my money on this company.

Even in the heatwave the flowers have lasted a week already and still going strong!

The flowers arrived on the day that I chose. I bought them for my daughter and she was really pleased with them. There was a good selection of stems and plenty of them too. I don't know how long they lasted my daughter didn't give me that information but they must have lasted a while because she would have complained to me if they hadn't 😂
