Help with drysuit purchase
I came in after buying a few items from flow online and having spoken to Jake a couple of times for advice I really wanted his professional opinion on dry suits and I didn’t want to invest in one without trying it on first. He was super helpful as always and I ended up leaving with not only the drysuit that suits my use best but also a new cag I wanted but wasn’t 100% sure I’d buy - I think there must be something in the air in the shop that reduces spending inhibitions! That’s my excuse and I’m sticking with it. Anyway; long and short. Great company, great people and great products, service and prices. Would 100% use again and recommend to others.

Missed delivery times
Although everything came as ordered it was later than promised so i went on a kayaking trip unprepared

Decent price with shipping included but…
Decent price with shipping included but the specific reason for purchasing from them was that the ticker said something along the lines of "purchase in the next 3 hrs 25 minutes for delivery by 23rd May.
Result. Next day delivery! So, bit miffed when I placed the order and it said delivery was with Royal Mail 48 hrs.
It arrived on 26th May. I know we've had a weekend and bank holiday but the website said next day delivery. In the grand scheme of things not the end of the world but as I had plans to use it on the 23rd I was a bit miffed. Would deffo buy from them again but won't be expecting next day delivery.

From the time I rang and asked advice about a kayak and accessories to the delivery day I received a very good service. I had to ask alot of questions which were answered with knowledge and patience. Being in South Wales wasn't a problem for them either.

Predator helmet.
The product arrived quickly, packaged well and was a great price
A bit disappointed with the foam strips to go inside the helmet, but that is the choice of the manufacturer, had to purchase additional padding to make the helmet comfortable. It would have helped to see these in the product description.

Great that the products were available
Great that the products were available. Delivery schedule was longer than expected due to mixed messaging from third party app (Shop). Not sure if it’s necessary to use a third party app to track a delivery via Royal Mail.

Hi Tony, thank you for the feedback. I'm afraid the "Shop" app is part of our website platform, Shopify, rather than 3rd party. We aren't able to unlink this unfortunately but hopefully Shopify improve the app going forwards!
Great at communicating…when they want you buy…
I’ve returned several items which did not fit. No response, no acknowledgement…no refunds….

Hi Hugh, thank you for the feedback and apologies if we've missed you, we've been moving premises and opening our new shop this week - we're only a team of two. I've been through our emails and haven't seen any correspondence to expect any returns from you? Please can you contact us on shop@flowkayaks.co.uk to let us know which orders have been returned and I'll double check the orders?
It does take 3 business days for refunds to arrive back in your account once processed due to our website platform, Shopify's processing time. They may have been processed already and due to come through after the bank holiday weekend. As the first of your orders was only placed 7 days ago, I expect you will receive refunds and confirmations over the next few days.
