Flow Kayaks have worked with Paddle UK for supporting competition events, supplied the armed forces canoe and kayak teams as well as supplying multiple canoe and kayak clubs and outdoor centres around the UK.

Our kayaks are delivered directly by ourselves or occasionally private, trusted courier to minimise handling and potential damages.

Hi James, sorry to hear you're still waiting for your PFD to arrive. For orders sent to the Republic of Ireland customs can be slow. I can see that your order has been with customs for a week but is now moving on to you. If there are any further difficulties please do get in touch and we will do what we can on our end asap!

Thank you for your feedback George! We sent our receipts electronically to save sending extra paper and send our orders just with the packing note. It is possible to also have a VAT receipt from us, we can send that over too by request.

Thank you for your feedback Melanie, sorry we had a mix up with your order whilst we had a system update. We're always trying to improve but sometimes there can be a wobble whilst there's some maintenance. We're up and running as normal again now!
