Strømpene er ok, men de passer ikke. Jeg bestilte 45-48 str. Når jeg fikk de hjem, så hadde de målene fra sokker jeg har liggende, dvs str 40-45.
Jeg har fått beskjed om å returnere 3 par strømper til en adresse.i Kina, som vil koste fra 410-480 kr. Så det er ikke aktuelt. Jeg betalte for Flowsock støtte strømper kr.499, da jeg har hovne ben. Dette er absurd. Bestiller heller selv direkte, da får jeg fratrekk direkte , hvis noe er galt.

Sukkia esiteltiin joustaviksi, isommillekin pohkeille käyviksi. No ei totta vieköön vastanneet lainkaan kuvausta! Olisin palauttanut käymättömät tuotteet, mutta sepä onkin tehty hankalaksi. Palautus Kiinaan ja vielä maksullisena. Kyllä muiden toimijoiden palautukset tehdään Suomeen, josta asia etenee ongelmitta.

At least I now know the usual pattern. Chinese firms that have no registered office or warehouse in the UK and import products in small quantities to avoid paying customs duties just tell their customers to send items back to China at their own expense if they want a refund. Result - customer pays postage, firm gets its goods back and customer gets nothing. Flowsocks would probably fit a malnourished stick insect. DO NOT buy from this firm, or any other that does not have a registered office in UK. And read Trust Pilot reviews first.

If there was a zero I'd use that ! I've absoloutly been had and I'm so cross with myself as I never checked trustpilot first ! DON'T order! The advert shows a sock on a watermelon ! I couldn't even get it on my foot and I'd ordered the appropriate size ! I've e mailed for a returns label and their standard garbled e mail says I have to pick up parcel to avoid a 30euro charge !!! Hello I had them delivered . They've said to pay postage to China or somewhere to get refund. Absoloute disgrace someone should find these thieves and lock them up. Hard earned money down the drain.

I would give zero if I could. The socks are nowhere near as elastic as the ad implies.
These are a complete rip-off!!

If I could give no stars I would.
They advertise them as seam free, easy to put on etc but when you receive them they are NOT so false advertising.
You have to return them to China and have to pay the shipping cost !
Have emailed numerous times but keep being told I have to return them for a refund otherwise the case is closed.
Absolute scam do not buy.

I bought these from the u.k. depot thinking it was a normal company paid £38 received and they would be too small for a 10 year old .so I asked if I could return these and was told no only to China address so I started a return paid £16 to do so and they arrived in China and were at customs who said they will contact the seller direct. Still no refund . Totally disgusting 🫣

I ordered some flowsocks over 2 weeks ago and still not arrived but they have taken my money of £34.99

These were sold under false promises. They have a UK email address and until I'd purchased I had no idea they were coming from China. I agree with everything that others have said. My feet and legs weren't swollen at the time and even my carer couldn't put them on as they are so tight. When not swollen my legs are very slim I have sent numerous messages but have had no response whatsoever. A very expensive mistake! Deserves minus stars.

The FlowSocks I originally purchased were a delight to put on. They were thin, white and worked very well.I, therefore, sent for 6 black pairs and received thick knitted extremely difficult to put on socks.
On enquiring as how to return the socks I was given an address in China. The cost would be £34.50 and the purchase price £49.99. I asked why I could not use the return address on the package.
I was advised that only the China address could be used. No explanation as to why I could not return to the same address as the one from where they were delivered. I would have purchased many, many, more socks but now I warn do not purchase these socks.

There is no 14 day return policy if you are not happy with tge goods unless you return them to the factory in China. This is not stated on their website and only comes out when you ask for a refund. The fact that the goods are shipped from a distribution point in the UK which is shown on the Royal Mail postage label. Do not buy from this company

Ordered 03/0/24 latest shipping of which l paid £4.99 extra to secure a safe passage of socks. However latest on line 17/01/24 states with London courier. Emailed customer services throughout re delivery delay regularly to date no response at
all.

Do not purchase ! - as other reviewers have stated, these socks do not fit and to get a refund it would be at your cost ( which is considerable as you have to send them back to China ). A complete rip off Im afraid.

Waited longer than expected more than 2 weeks. When socks arrived they were marked as large but far from it. Maybe Chinese large is smaller than UK large? Would not stretch and were short. I have normal socks that help me better. Cause cramps in feet when first put on, waste of money. Contacted supplier. Got long instructions on how to return the socks - no apology. Return at my cost refund paid when socks got back to China. Buyer beware they look good but are not what you think and are really poor quality. Typical purchase from a foreign supplier...rip off!

Long wait, and then sent WRONG size

Received socks today. Not as advertised. They do not stretch for large calves swollen with issues. They are just a long white elastic knee sock no extra stretch at all. I have contacted for a refund however I suspect this is lost money. This will be my last purchase from an overseas company.
