The therapy really helped with my muscle tension. Shoulder and upper back pain that’s been going on for several weeks instantly improved with the HBOT & microcirculation. I highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve been to Flow well twice now. I’ve used the hyperbaric chamber and the massage table. Both excellent! I got a real energy boost from the hyperbaric chamber that lasted for days and the massage feels great. I look forward to going back.

Even better experience the second time. Because I knew what to expect I think I got even more out of the session the second time.
I have arthritis in my right knee which is the main thing I was going for. After the vasotherapy it immediately feels so much better and based on the first time I had less swell in the joint for days afterwards.
The hyperbaric chamber was a first for me but it is surprisingly relaxing. Beyond a slight euphoria from breathing pure oxygen for an hour I didn't feel any immediate effects but I know it is supposed to help with inflammation

Just didn't enjoy the massage. Next time will go back to a person.
Staff were good and informative but machine is noisy and that along with limited privacy, other people chatting in the room made it hard to relax.

Felt so much better after a session on the massage bed after experiencing lower back & shoulder pain.

The staff were very professional and kind. They explained everything clearly. This was my 1st session. I felt like a brand new person after the therapy. I felt more improvement the next morning after the therapy. I would recommend this company.

Excellent service and care for my individual needs , felt vitalised after just first discounted 60 min treatment with hyperbaric oxygen therapy , floods body with oxygen we all need more of especially when getting older , helping breathing / lung function ,skin healing , immunity, cell defence when needed alongside conventional medicine for diseases and cancer diagnosis , enhancing chances of recovery ❤️‍🩹

It felt like being cocooned in a soft, warm, heavy cloud with waves of pressure that that managed to sink deep enough to soften any tight spots and took away the heaviness from my legs.

I attended Flow well to use the Hyperbaric oxygen chamber following a recent surgery. I was apprehensive due to being very claustrophobic, however I was talked through the whole process, made to feel very comfortable and checked on continually to make sure I was ok. I felt the benefits after one session and will continue to use the HBOT chamber to aid post-surgical recovery

Better than expected, really targeted areas with aches and pains. Pressure can be adapted and j levelled up which was great. I honestly felt so relaxed and relieved after the session I could’ve slept!

I decided to give it a try, i had a couple of minor aches which comes with age. I trusted the process and left feeling refreshed and pain free!

Went on this for the 1st time and instantly felt a difference would highly recommend

It was my first time using Flow Well, and I’m so impressed! I tried the massage machine along with the leg pieces during a 30-minute session, and it really helped my stiff shoulder. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, felt great afterward and would definitely do it again!

I am blown away by Flow Well - and that is something I was sceptical about before I signed up. I am a GP and I used Flow Well to help with some neurological pain i was having and I couldn't believe that within 2 sessions I was almost free of my symptoms. Each time I use it I get relief of my symptoms for a little longer (currently 2-3 weeks). I also sleep much better having had a session and when combined with a bit of meditation it really makes you feel so relaxed all day. Had my first treatment at FlowWell today - very relaxing and I felt like I was floating on air afterwards. It truly is like no other massage and well worth trying out. The whole experience was well explained and took place in a safe & calm environment.

Was totally sceptical, had an ongoing shoulder issue which after numerous physio/dry needling/massage fails was sorted in about 45 minutes-Not sure about the science, who cares when it is now fixed after 12 months of misery- deffo worth trying, easy no-effort and quite enjoyable/weird sensation, thank you flow well-

Very good experience with flow well, only had 2 sessions up to now for my varicose vein, I need to have at least 6 to see a different, can't see much of a difference just yet, but it's a lovely relaxing 1h, I really look forward to it.

Loved this session and my back pain went from 5 to 0 working the 60 min intense session..step by step guide felt comfortable and the device really helped my body aches.
