I had bought an instructional document in October of last year and had not opened it until now. One of the three documents appeared corrupted. I was upset, obviously, so I contacted Flurbos to see if I could get a new uncorrupted copy of the document. Their customer service responded immediately. The problem was fixed instantly. I'm very impressed. Great folks at Flurbos! Thanks!

After having problems with a corrupt laptop, and not beign able to reinstall any Flurbos products. Two emails later, everthing reintalked and working again. Great products and really great after service.

I purchased duplicate software by mistake. This was refunded to me without discussion and quickly, which I found exceptional from an internet supplier.

Lots of useful tools for assisting creating wonderful images. The customer service is very good and helpful.

I have purchased several assets and bundles from them over the years and all their assets along with any training is top notch. I have been using photoshop for 15 years now and have amassed a substantial amount of assets and these are among some of the best. If you have any questions their service is prompt and and pleasant to deal with.

Been using the trial version of the product for over a year and finally decided to buy it.
With the tutorials it was extremely easy to install all of the plug ins and packs. I have yet to watch the other tutorials, but by simply clicking everything I have a good understanding on how to use it.
I also required some customer support due to payment issues. However, they replied pretty much instantly and were extremely helpfull.
Would very much recommend them to anyone.

Customer service was excellent. Product is extensive. Tutorials are good fun and very helpful. I am new to all of this and now feel very comfortable using the gradient, actions and other assets that I downloaded. Finally, incredibly good value 100% recommend.

The product was downloaded in zip file. There are no instructions, manual, or written guides. I can't get software to integrate with Photoshop. I will request a refund. Site requires to use Pilot, which I do not like.

Flurbos billed my credit card but have no record of the transaction and states I have no account. Date is inaccurate as ongoing issue!

Amazing amount of features but most of all the customer service. Had several questions after I bought and all were timely answered and taken care of. Piece of mind dealing with them.

This appears to be a very powerful tool in the right hands. Unfortunately for me it feels very complicated and would take too long to master, but this is due to my skill level rather than the product itself. The training videos are also helpful to the right person but too quick for me. As said earlier, in the right hands can produce great results.

I just completed my first two projects using Flurbos and I love this software. It is simple to use and the results are first rate. I can't recommend it enough if you're a creative person using PhotoShop.

I received an ad from the graphic software
company Flurbos selling what I thought were a couple of interesting applications for $199. I downloaded them, but had to set it all aside as we had to evacuate (in Florida) from a major hurricane.
It all took a minute, and when I went to install the product it turned out be some Photoshop plug-ins, of which there are plenty on the internet and many I possess.

When I asked for a refund, they said I had passed the 30-day refund period (it was 45 days). I asked them to make an exception and they replied, "I'm sorry, Martin I cannot."
