I had a very negative and concerning experience with this company. I paid €1,599 via PayPal for goods that were never delivered. From the beginning, communication was unclear and unprofessional, and after payment, the situation became highly suspicious. The tracking information provided by the seller raised serious red flags:
– the shipment was only created AFTER I opened a PayPal dispute
– the tracking never showed real or consistent movement
– the declared package weight (around 10 kg total) does not match the actual product I ordered, which should weigh over 24 kg
These inconsistencies strongly suggest that the tracking information may have been created only to appear legitimate, rather than to reflect a real shipment. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue directly, I did not receive clear answers or a proper explanation. This created a strong impression that the seller was deliberately delaying the process. It is also concerning that the same seller appears to operate under multiple websites, including fluterm.eu and rispavimento.it, which raises additional questions about transparency and credibility. Fortunately, PayPal reviewed the case carefully and issued a FULL REFUND in my favor. This confirms that there were valid grounds for concern regarding this transaction. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that others exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. The overall process, including the suspicious tracking details and lack of proper delivery, indicates a high risk for buyers.
