Fluxomate Avis

We had an amazing experience working with Leo and the team Fluxomate!
My agency Revamp-Media.com works with some of the biggest clients in the space such as Graham Stephan, Iced Coffee Hour, Jack Neel, Whop, Skool and many more!

We struggled to build a fulfillment system that could cater to different styles of projects for a long time as each client required a different workflow
Leo and the team saw the challenges we were facing and made a custom personalized solution for us and our client, so now whenever we have a new client onboard, we can make sure that we have a custom content operation system for them so that we can deliver projects the best that we can for every one of our client

This custom coded systems is now allowing us to scale with ease without worrying about fulfillment

Thank you Leo and Fluxomate!

The team was easy to work with got me launched in 2 weeks!! Solid people and definitely recommend working with them.

He will come into your business, diagnose the constraints that are holding you back that you didn't even know exist (as Alex hormozi says, the unkown unkown), put systems into place for you and then just help you scale. I'm not kidding you when i say there's so many ways to make a process or system either efficient or automated that I didn't even know about until i worked with Leo & his team. Getting help from a team like this who have helped so many people is such a no brainer move. Its literally just a fool proof roadmap. I was skeptical at first whenever I met him as I thought systems we're just systems and i didn't understand the depth they can go to but one look at his youtube channel where he posts so much value for free showed me how this guys though process and ways of doing things was on a completely different level. The only regret I had after having them come in and help me was me not pulling the trigger sooner!

I have been blown away by Leo and the entire team at Fluxomate! What they built for us is going to be a complete game changer for our internal team and for our clients.

While the system they built for us is amazing, the reason I am writing this review is only partly because of that. Really, I am writing this because I haven't come across many companies that are more dialled in on giving clients a world-class experience than Fluxomate.

They followed up proactively with me and my team to make sure we rolled out the new workflows and platform smoothly and they were willing to do whatever it took to help us out. Any time we noticed something that needed to be fixed, we brought it to them and they addressed it immediately.

If you're on the fence about working with them - do it! You won't regret it.

I am excited to continue to work with their team to keep building better systems together!

My name is Sebastian Fonseca and I own LEADFUSE, a B2B lead generation marketing agency serving local service based businesses. I've been working with Leo and the Fluxomate team for the past few months and we've since moved into a monthly retainer because the value has been that clear.

I've worked with a lot of agencies over the years. Video editors, automation specialists, various contractors for different parts of the business. And I can say without hesitation that Leo and his team are the best I've ever worked with. Not just in their specific area of expertise, but across the board in comparison to any agency I've partnered with.

The communication alone sets them apart. They're available when we need them, even on their off days. We get updates multiple times per week and everything they build requires minimal revision. Leo is also incredibly transparent. He's upfront about the fact that some things may need tweaking before they're perfect, but more often than not, it's right the first time. That kind of honesty and execution is rare.

What they've built for us has genuinely transformed how we operate. The AI, automation systems, and Churn Buster system they've implemented have removed dozens if not hundreds of hours of manual work from our plate. That time now goes toward higher revenue producing tasks for myself and the team. It's made our lives significantly easier and allowed us to focus on growth instead of getting buried in operations.

Beyond the work itself, we've built a real relationship with this team. These are people I genuinely look forward to meeting in person one day. After working with so many companies over the years, I know when I've found a long term partner. Fluxomate is exactly that. I'm grateful to have them in our corner and I'm excited to continue building alongside them for years to come.

I continue to work with many vendors and tech teams—but Leo& Fluxomate stands in a league of his own.

What impressed me most wasn’t just his deep technical ability—it was his ability to think like an operator. Leo understands how systems impact scalability, performance, and user experience across the board. He doesn't just build automations; he builds infrastructure that makes our business more efficient, predictable, and profitable.

His attention to detail, communication, and proactive problem-solving have made him one of the most trusted collaborators we’ve brought into our ecosystem.

If you're looking for someone who goes beyond the scope, understands the backend like a true systems architect, and still shows up like a partner—not just a provider—Leo is your guy.

Working with Leo and the Fluxomate team over the past six months has been a game changer for us. From the very beginning, they brought a rare combination of deep technical expertise and true partnership. Every automation and AI workflow we’ve built together has saved our team countless hours, reduced human error, and unlocked entirely new levels of efficiency in our operations.

What sets Fluxomate apart is their ability to take complex problems and turn them into seamless, scalable systems. Leo in particular has been proactive, responsive, and always thinking ten steps ahead, consistently recommending smarter solutions before we even ask.

Whether it’s custom API integrations, AI-powered automations, or just making sure our stack is actually working the way it should, this team just overdelivers every time and it’s amazing to see. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I had the pleasure of working with Leo and the Fluxomate team, and they truly transformed my agency.

They helped automate, systemize, and organize every aspect of our operations. The level of detail was incredible, and the over-communication ensured I was always in the loop, which made the entire process feel seamless. It didn’t feel like a service provider relationship, it felt like I had a dedicated team member working alongside me to improve our processes. Leo over-delivered every time we spoke about an update, system, or strategy they built, and his strategic, system-oriented mind is truly one of a kind.

I couldn't be more impressed with the results, and I would highly urge anyone looking to operationalize their business to take the time to speak to Leo and his team.

Leo and the Fluxomate team have gone above and beyond to serve me and my agency. We are set to scale to multi-7 figures over the next year and that has only recently become possible after working with them for the past 3 months. Their attention to detail, tactical/intentional question asking, and willingness to make every aspect of my business feel as important as their own, is truly what makes them stand above their competitors.

I strongly recommend them for anyone who desires to get a granular, detailed mapping of every aspect of how your business really operates and a drive to make your business start running like the well-oiled machine you know it can be. Fluxomate will do whatever it takes to create and implement a comprehensive, custom-tailored strategy so you & your team can free up more time, energy, and resources at lower costs. They will get you out of the weeds so you can start working on the things that matter most for growing your business.
