Before booking my flight with fly2go I read some bad reviews but agent name Nitin calm us down. I purchased tickets from fly2go and received excellent service from the agent. He was so patient and went out of his way to got me the best price flight ticket which was so much better value then the other online flight companies I tried. I can’t believe the negative comments for Fly2Go when my experience was 100% positive. I’ll certainly recommend them, and they definitely will be my ‘go to’ company to purchase my flight tickets from in the future.

We spoke to a guy called Pratik, they tell you that they can get you a cheaper flight and will ask you to transfer the amount for the cheaper flight and then they will send you an email confirming it. NEVER REPLY TO THE EMAIL!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL CHARGE YOU SO MUCH MORE AFTER. You will NEVER get the ticket!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I would not even give them a 1 star! The manager refuses to come to the phone to rectify any mistakes made by the staff. They hold you to ransom to purchase another ticket rather than rectifying their mistakes. They prey on the old and vulnerable. Can’t believe a company like this is still trading. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Unfortunately, there is no option for zero or minus stars. They are cheaters. They promise you something else and end up giving you something different. I was promised 56kgs luggage. Just because I called again to book another ticket for my mum, I realised that my luggage allowance was changed. I paid quite a heavy price just to get 56 kgs allowance. I have sent a complaint email since 5th Nov. But no reply. I tried to call them a few times, but they don't pick up my phone. Cheaters and unprofessional. If anyone is ready this review, please send me your complains procedure. I would like to take this to your governing body.

I bought a ticket from a person named Sujeet, and Niharika was also involved in this ticket. Sujeet took £20 as his commission from me for the ticket and told me that he was allowing 23 kg luggage and 7 kg hand-carry. But they neither sent me my ticket nor responded to calls. When they finally gave me the ticket, no luggage allowance was mentioned. They then told me to pay extra if I wanted to take luggage. The ticket they sent me was all fraudulent. Only after I shouted a lot did they give me the ticket, and now my flight is in two days. I’ll take them to court and expose Sujeet and Niharika for their fraud. Please do not buy tickets from this travel agent; it’s all a scam.

I WAS SCAMMED by someone who claimed to be Pratik. I would NEVER get a ticket from this company again. Please BEWARE.

Beware of this company they are fraudster, never gave my deposit back , gave me voucher to use next time but when I try to book with them again they hang up my call and doesn’t want to accept my voucher too, so please beware with this company, spoke with pooja.

Highly incapable or rather FRADULENT people, won't issues the promised tickets and asks more money sighting changed fares. REFUSE TO REFUND. Wonder how they are still operating in UK by dodging all consumer rights. Avoid dealing with Whatsapp or making direct PAYMENTS to their bank accounts they use this as illegal channels to stay out of Legals.

I have been waiting for my refund from last 1 Month and Never get that and whenever I try to speak to you guys I have been placed on hold or given next date or either hangup the call.
I have the revording on my side I know all their names and their role.
