Website was easy to use, gave a very good visual and physical description of the item and the various size options available.

All good except one fixture has grey mark on it and needs to be replaced? Please advise on how to go about this issue?

I liked the products, images and specs. The one issue I had was selecting a down rod color. I easily selected the size, but was never able to select the color I needed. I completed the order on a mobile phone. I emailed the customer service link immediately after ordering to notify them of of the down rod issue.

Appears to be an excellent price and website was easy to navigate. I will know more once the fan is received. The only thing I did not realize is that my credit card was an an international (Asia) transaction which explains the long time to process order at 7 to 10 days before shipping..

It was with this type of customer service, that was the deciding factor with my purchase. I’m looking forward to receipt of one of their beautiful ceiling lights; and am hopeful it will arrive soon.
