I had noticed my return flight was for the wrong day so I chatted and spoke with Cleo. From start to finish she was incredible. She offered me several options on the day that I actually needed the flight to be on and even made sure I had a good seat on the flight back all at no additional cost to me. easy booking experience and stable prices
i looked at other FNPL sites and the ticket prices tend to be higher to begin with and increase quickly. flyfairly prices seem lower and more stable over a longer period of time. one area of improvement that i'd like to see is for YPTA (young passenger travelling alone) between 12-18 yo to be allowed ticket booking as per most airline regulations. Other than that, excellent experience booking with flyfairly and hope to use your site again.
