I flew Virgin Upper Class from Miami to London last week, and the whole trip was perfect. Jaden helped us out and managed to save me over $3,600 on the booking. The service was smooth from start to finish, and the price they found was much better than anything I could find on my own. I will be happy to keep using Fly First Class for future travel.
My wife and I have been booking business and first-class tickets with Fly First Class for over a decade since we retired from our corporate jobs at Microsoft. The agents there have always been great to work with. We take cruises from Portland to Europe every year and they always make the whole process simple and stress free. We would definitely recommend them if you want to travel comfortably without overpaying for business class.
I have made wire transfer payment and its 3 weeks now and it has gone through successfully but NO e- ticket is issued. They send an email stating the ticket is in progress liazing with the airline. I read a lot of good comments about this company and came foward to buy. Anyone else facing similar situation could you share how you rectified it. Will be much helpful. Sindhu Missy in fb
This is a very sophisticated SCAM i had exactly the same experience as Roberto the other 1 star reviewer. I suspect the positive reviews below are fake. Trustpilot should investigate fully. They used to go by Discount Business Class tickets but had to reinvent themselves. If you are naive enough to try them definitely pay by credit card (don't be lured by the last minute 5% discount for cash), at least you will have some chance of getting your money back.
Booking first class suite to Sydney with Qatar through FFC was the ultimate experience. The first-class suite was luxurious, and the service exceeded all expectations. I couldn't be happier with the deal and will definitely use them again for my next trip.

SCAM! Do not order here!!
Did not receive my flight tickets up to two weeks before departure. Contacted them multiple times for an update, really bad at contact. Ended up canceling my order. Did not receive a refund. We are now three month ahead and still no refund. Tried to organize a refund multi times, contacted them multiple times. Nothing!!

Still no refund! Despite the refund and contact promised below. nothing received. Keep getting dismissed with just contact your bank while the money is with Fly First Class.

Still no refund. No contact with the company. Maybe update your terms and conditions since this is not visible on the site. And since we didn't get en refund you would expect we should have goten the tickets. But this is not the case. And again, we didn't pay with credit card.

Please take a moment to review the fare rules and conditions associated with your discounted business class ticket. These details are provided to all customers at the time of receiving price quotes. As outlined under Section 4. Refunds/Cancellations, these discounted business class tickets are non-refundable but fully changeable. If payment has been made and you decide to cancel during the ticketing process, the funds cannot be refunded; however, the amount paid remains available as a credit toward future travel.
These tickets are governed by the airline’s specific fare rules, terms, and restrictions, which outline the conditions for making changes or reissuing tickets. Please also note that you purchased discounted business class tickets from Europe to Asia, offered at approximately 40%–50% below published fares, which typically range between USD 4,800 and USD 8,000 for business class travel.
Our records indicate that you contacted our office multiple times, and our team remained in communication with you throughout the process. Our records also show that you contacted your credit card company to request a refund. Both your credit card company and PayPal have reviewed the case and determined that this purchase does not qualify for a refund.
While our team always makes every effort to assist customers in obtaining refunds, please note that airlines enforce very strict refund procedures.
