Seat's was not comfortable .
Crewe members was not cooperative .

Only one problem lost my one bag of luggage hopefully it will be sorted soon

Mostly On time, saves the fuss. Onboard service is also satisfactory. Preferred choice compared to other domestic airlines.

I had the worst travel experience with Fly Jinnah.

They boarded us twice. The first time, we waited over an hour, were offloaded, and told to wait in the terminal. Then they boarded us again, kept us on the aircraft for another 2 hours, and finally canceled the flight after passengers protested.

I was traveling with my wife and our sick infant. Our baby’s milk had finished, and when I asked to leave the aircraft, the crew refused. We had to book a hotel ourselves and rebook for the next day.

The next flight was delayed again by 3+ hours before finally departing.

I’ve been flying through Dubai Airport for 11 years and have never experienced such unprofessional service. Fly Jinnah showed no concern for families, children, or passengers with urgent needs.

If your time matters or you’re traveling with family, think twice before booking Fly Jinnah.

Worst airline i have ever witnessed. My parents and sister are stuck on Sharjah Airport today till now and they are supposed to travel from Sharjah to Lahore from Flyjinnah via Connecting flight from Jeddah. The interval between two flights was 1 and half hour and previous flight was only 20 minutes delay but they did not bother to wait for the passenger coming from previous flight and closed the door. That is so pathetic that how come you donot bother to maintain connection between two flights and let the be passengers be suffered.

Very nice trip as per my 8 years travelling journey. Staff was very cooperative and everything was on time. I appreciate this

Brand new aircraft. Flight was on time and we reached karachi before time.

Very helpful and responsive cabin crew. The aircraft seemed to be quite new. The flight arrived at the destination on time although we had started late.

Smooth and pleasant experience. Staff was very gentle helping, polite and professional.

What missing was that you have to serve water to your guests in all flights please

Such a pathetic experience: flew from dxb to isb. It was delayed by 2 hours. Then isb to khi, domestic flight also got delayed by 2 hours. I got the ticket at 2x of actual rate, and got this shameless mismanaged service.

Flight and ground service both were upto standard. Had comfortable journey in and out of Peshawar from Karachi.
