This company were very helpful to accommodate me because I am a disable senior who was concerned with getting help with my suitcase and seating arrangement. MR. Stanley and his staff member was able to get me a front row seat at the last minute along with a sprit if I would like. It has been a long time since I have had service with a smile. 😁

We were over charged on the way up to mco. 65 for 3 carry ons and 44 for each of 3 seats. That only adds up to 327. Why was my card charged 517 ??? I feel that i am owed a refund of 190. I flew from orlando on the 2/5/23 and returned on 2/8/23. Flight 1095

I need to express how grateful and thankful I am, to my travel agent ( Harsh ) He booked a very beautiful and fun hotel for me! He booked a flight, that would be comfortable for me, as I have problems with my vascular system, ( Altitude ) and found me extra leg room! I had the day, date, and time all set, then I had trouble renewing my ID in time to go on my vacation. I became discouraged. I expressed possibilities of changing everything to Harsh, and he stayed positive and optimistic and helpful! What took me and my family to sort through, and out with frustration stress and loss of sleep ( worrying ) to hopefully resolve, took only the patience of my travel agent to put together a plan to make my vacation happen!!! It is not “ I’m just doing my job , to them “ It took team work! A willingness to go that extra mile, above and beyond to see there customers meet there goals! I could not have done what he did. It takes a certain kind of person to make or brake your vacation, so really think how far would someone go, for you? I mean, do they really exhaust all options and resources for you? Do you really know? How would you? This is a perfect travel agent to work with Seniors or Veterans and Disabled people, and by that I mean you need a honest and sincere person when there are complications that need to be untangled and “ FAST“!!! There are thousands of dollars involved,( Hotels) and I want someone who hears me, listens, calms me, and fixes the problem that I created, and “ FAST “ I highly recommend that If your elderly or just don’t have the patience, Fly Matrix! They are The Best!!! “ One call and they, do it all “ !!!!
