Fiona is a breath of fresh air. I met Fiona by a recommendation, took an instant liking to her. I left the company who was supplying me just so I could have her looking after my interests. She is a very good person. She's like a wife. She drives me nuts until I've done my work to ensure a job gets done (in other words, she's thorough). Focus assured have been doing contract work for Parker Properties for 2 Years and we are very happy. We get regular calls to have our utilities sorted but we tell them that we are thrilled with our current company

Both Jonny and Focus Assured have provided us with a professional and time sensitive service for our numerous gas and electricity accounts. They have provided us with comparison information using numerous companies and showed us how much savings we could earn by switching to other utility companies. Nothing is ever too much of a problem, they provide comprehensive information and they liaise between companies (old and new) so that when it came to switching energy providers it was a straightforward and uninterrupted process. Whenever we had a any questions Jonny would reply within minutes, find the answers and reassure us if needed. I deal with Carrie, Fiona and Kat extremely often and find them always willing to help me with anything I require their assistance with. Carrie in particular has been so helpful in resolving many issues we encounter within our business and she is always happy for me to pass on problems where she or another member of the FA team will always follow it through until the correct resolution is reached.
