Focus Insolvency Group made a challenging process so much easier with their thorough and professional approach. From start to finish, they were clear, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. A special thank you to Lauren, who was incredibly helpful throughout—she provided clarity in every step, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured I fully understood the process. Her communication was excellent, which made everything feel much more manageable. I’m truly grateful for the guidance and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of insolvency support.

From the start there has been poor communication. We were told we had to pay back money that we had spent on household and car repairs one year, which led to us having to extend the agreement. The next year when we discussed how much we have paid on household and mechanical repairs we were told that this should be written off.
We changed our address over covid and reported it to the company, twice. We were then warned that we were in breach of the agreement because we had not returned our budget that was sent to our old address, no email was sent. This went on our record despite me repeatedly asking for it to be removed.
I feel totally let down by the whole process and the effect this will have on our finances for the future. I wish I had never agreed to the IVA with this group.

So quick and easy to take photos and send via what's app of yearly changes within my income and outgoings.

COVID ,I believe has made good service and professionalism a thing of the past,excuses for sloppy service, absolutely not with debt focus.
