Can't access website, not been delivered or send emails to customer service, did receive the shirt which is nice as expected,however generally quite worrying

Sent wrong size when eventually arrived, won’t take back. Trying to force me to keep and give away and offering 20% discount on next order!!!! As if I would use again. Don’t touch this company!!!!

Do not trust this business. Terrible customer service, clearly not based from
the UK address on the website. I have had to instruct PayPal to action a refund after the business refused to do so and kept trying to get me to accept a discount on the item I did not want. After ordering a kid’s football shirt, the confirmation email was for a ladie’s shirt. At that point I thought the order should be cancelled. My rites under UK consumer law were totally disregarded.

Do not touch this company. Telephone number does not exist!!!!

When you email they just try and offer discount off your next order.

I ordered a football shirt was given a tracking number but product was not SENT! Will not refund.

Terrible! I paid for 2 shirts which just 1 arrived home. I send emails and call them. They just blocked me and never returned the second shirt or the money.

Ordered the new man united shirt for my lad. Took exactly 2 weeks to arrive but worth the wait for the price and quality. Very happy 12 year old. Oh and the size guide was spot on.

Very poor ordered a shirt and incorrect one sent after 2 week waiting time.
Contacted service and they said I could keep the incorrect one for free and 30% off my original.
However since then I have received radio silence.
Only put 1 star because doesn’t allow a minus stars.
Would suggest to all stay away from this company very poor service.

Quality of the T-shirt is unbelievably poor. You can tell these are not official shirts as the colours do not match and I wouldn’t waste your money.

I have made a formal complaint about this so if the company can please get back to me ASAP, that would be great.

Ich hab ein Trikot bestellt und ein anderes erhalten. Mail kommt unzustellbar zurück und kontaktformular auf der hp lässt sich nicht absenden. Danke für nichts

One month wait, wrong shirt, cheap copy, ignore by customer service. SCAM

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a footy shirt for my son's birthday at the beginning of march and it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed and had sporadic responses saying it is being shipped but over 2 months later and no sign of it. I feel completely scammed. God knows what has happened but I am shocked that they are allowed to trade as a company as they have just taken my £26. + Shipping money and kept it. Literally Daylight robbery.

Same as everyone here, no order, no communication, got money back from PayPal, thank goodness! Even when I raised the dispute their order came up as a cap when I’d ordered a football shirt. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I'd score a 0 if I could like similar other reviews / reviewers never received my goods. My bank is currently trying to recoup my payment. Do not use this company

It’s a scam my order never arrived, I sent them three emails they did not come back to me

Took my money , no updates or tracking
Sent x3 emails no response
Next step contact bank for charge back /raise a dispute
Just looked on Google and clicked on a site Cooso which has the same picture as fokoo has exactly the same address all info the same
Still no updates so going for charge back from my bank
These are scammers , keep your well earned money in your pocket

I am still waiting for my daughters birthday present. Its been 3 weeks and I have sent emails and requested them to contact me. WHICH THEY HAVENT. I would not waste your money as they are useless and fraud you our of your hard earned money. 🤬

Ordered Jan 10th. Expected delivery within 1 week. Chased up on 25th Jan when it hadn’t arrived yet. No reply yet - 31st Jan.

Scammers. Take your cash and run. Ship zero. Avoid

I wouldn’t even rate them one star, ordered two football tops and nothing arrived. Please avoid at all cost. I tried getting in touch but no reply and my money is lost. TOTAL FAKE COMPANY
