I made contact with F.O.L. when thinking about converting my balustrade to glass. I decided to use the kit offering and do the work myself, as a small project to keep me busy. The whole process from initial contact was extremely smooth. The measuring process was straight forward, F.O.L. the. Supplied CAD drawings along with a list of all recommended tools, coach screws, fillets etc. Delivery time was pretty quick considering the glass was custom made to size and fitting was really simple. The conversion transformed the stairs and landing. Thanks to Lee for being such a great help.

From my initial contact with F.O.L. design, to the installation, I have been exceptionally impressed with not only the quality of the final product and execution of the installation, but the high professional level the company deals at. The installation was completed under testing weather conditions, but the cleanliness and attention to detail was second to none. On a personal level, Lee is a very conscientious and polite person and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the duration of the project.
The project consisted of stainless steel balustrade being fitted along the edge of a newly installed garden patio, in which we had used an expensive porcelain tile. The stainless steel construction balustrade consisted of top rail, posts and glass panels over a 8 Metre run and turning at right angles down a staircase.
We are exceptionally happy with the finished project and feel it is the icing on the cake to our overall garden makeover project.

Lovely job of exterior glass, balustrades & handrails. Throughout Lee was excellent, good communication, well priced and an excellent job fitting. I would recommend without any hesitation, we are very happy with the result.

Lee was helpful throughout the whole process from the first email asking him for a quote to helping design and ultimately order our balustrade. From start to finish F.O.L design was extremely professional. We had some glass balustrade installed and we are over the moon with it. Completely changed the look of our house, but without the high quality service provided this wouldn’t of been achieved. 5* service. I would 100% recommend over and over!

Excellent service from start to finish. Lee was very prompt coming back to me when I had questions. We had a slight issue with the delivery firm but Lee sorted it really quickly and the result was more convenient for us. The fitting was excellent and we're delighted with the result. Excellent service from the start, performed a site survey and suggested 3 different solutions. Then provided 3D renderings and images of similar installations of our preferred options to help us decide. Great attention to detail when fitting, removing all rubbish and cleaning up ensure the glass looked at its best. Competitively priced professional service.

Absolutely awesome service - if your looking for a company who will give you the attention to detail that is required when ordering a made to measure product then you need to order from F.O.L design- Lee was prompt very helpful with each reply - even late into the evening he would reply. Drawings, dimeniosns all done over emails and the end product is spot on, any reservations you have about ordering tailored fragile products shouldn’t enter your mind with this company- looks fab - very pleased thanks Lee 5 stars :)

Excellent customer service from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for Lee who helped by giving advice on the information we provided for the balcony we were building.The quality of the goods provided have been excellent and we are extremely pleased with the final outcome although the hard work isn't finished as we have to now landscape the gardens. We are so pleased with our new glass balustrade with handrail from FOL Design. Lee was brilliant right through the design and ordering process. He explained things really well and made adjustments to the design as the builders prepared the decking so it fitted perfectly when it arrived. We love sitting out and looking at the view and its really safe for our children too.

Found this company on Ebay (FOL) messaged lee with sizes, he came back with a Cad drawing, and it looked great, brought the handrail that we needed, it got delivered, and was packed really well
Everything went together like 1 2 3 and looks fantastic, really finish’s my decking off.
I think the quality was very good and at a great price, will be using them again when I finish off the rest of my decking

Really efficient and helpful. I sent over the measurements and got back a CAD diagram which made everything clear. Spoke to Lee about the details for fittings etc and again was incredibly helpful and gave great advice. All arrived on time and all fitted like a dream. I would definitely recommend.
