All the good reviews HAVE TO BE LIES! I signed up for this service truly hoping they would handle my consortium needs. They over charged me initially, finally got that refunded. Then literally they DID NOTHING. Charged me $800. I ended up doing my own pre emp screening, MVR etc. I literally got NOTHING for this money. So here I am RIGHT NOW on hold trying to cancel my account. I have spoken to FOUR reps, all who keep transferring me and tossing me around. Been on hold for over an hour. Foley- if you think I’m just gonna get tired of listening to this ANNOYING hold music and won’t follow this through and cancel, you’re DEAD WRONG. I will get this account canceled and refunded if it’s the last thing I do!!

We're so sorry to hear about the frustrations you've experienced with your Foley programs. We reviewed your account and it looks like your Clearinghouse pre-employment query and e-learning were both successfully completed, but that we haven't been able to complete your pre-employment screening or MVR due to a missing affidavit. While we understand it's frustrating, there are certain consents we must obtain prior to running any type of background check to comply with federal regulations.
Again, we're sorry your experience with Foley wasn't a positive one. As requested, we will terminate your account.

Nicholas is a great person and is always so helpful. I can literally call about anything and if there is anything that Nicholas can extend the helping hand to then it is done. Any company should value an employee with that kinda customer service.

Nick has help me from the first day I received my MC & USDOT number. There were some areas of the Hotshot business I wasn't sure of the answer Nick made it clear in what need to be done.
Not only that, but if I had any other questions as well he was there to answer them with true support.
That made me more confident in knowing I could and would have a successful business.
