I'm revising my review. A representative of followup.cc got back with me to resolve my issues. They apologized and now the product is working for me and useful. I use followupcrm which helps me keep track of CRM data right within gmail. It works well for my needs and I recommend it.

Use the product daily! Love that i can access everything I need from Gmail. Easiest way for me to stay on top of my professional life.

We had followup.cc for a year. At first, you'll see a decent product.

But you'll realize the service are totally overpriced compared to other similar and more powerful tools.

In 3 different emails I tried to cancel our account - they reply back and ignore the cancellation. Still after 3 emails and now waiting on day 4 for a reply back - our account is still active and no refund.

when I use this with a contact, they send unsolicited emails to my contacts advertising their product. I have repeatedly asked them to stop but they refuse. my contacts do not want spam from this company and it is very irritating. I paid for a subscription and now they refuse to issue a refund. I would not do business with this company.

I am currently a senior-to-be at the University of California, Berkeley, and I am proud to give this service the maximum rating of its kind.

Absolutely no problems at all, email system was exactly as described/marketed, and vendors were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about materials. Couldn't have asked for more. I will definitely be taking my business here again in the near future.

I'm a current senior at University of California Santa Barbara and was the president of a multicultural fraternity and I have to say that FollowUp increases productivity for those who already check their e-mails on the daily. I trialed this out for about 3 weeks and I noticed that I didn't have to check my e-mails as often because I could depend on FollowUp to remind me of important task that need to be finished.
