Excellent lead warm-up that completely changes conversion rates

The thing nobody tells you about lead generation is that even good quality leads can be incredibly hard to convert if you just call them completely cold when they still have no idea who you are. Fondaro solved this problem perfectly. By the time a lead is called, they have already received a professional email introducing me as the recommended local expert, and in some cases, they have even had a quick confirmation call from the Fondaro system. This means that when the final call is placed, it is no longer coming from some random stranger, but from the exact person they were told to expect. It makes a massive difference in build trust and efficiency.

Perfect for international buyers

Our agency specializes in international clients buying property in spain. Always been hard
finding the right leads.. either people who arent really serious or theyre already talking to 10
other agencies.

Not good leads

They got me 15 leads in 3 weeks, but only 2 of their supposed leads answered the phone. I'm convinced, based on the "leads" generated, they're either fake or equivalent to the leads on yelp (pointless) at 3x the price. Overall, I made $100 from $1,500 of money spent, which is not a good return at all. Maybe they'll work better for someone else, but as for my business, they have shat the bed horribly.

Hello John,

The numbers in this review don't match our actual service. You describe receiving 15 leads for $1,500, which works out to $100 per lead. Our average lead cost is €20, with current rates visible inside the dashboard under Lead Plans depending on targeting. We have never delivered leads at anything close to $100 each.

The other figures don't add up either. We operate in real estate in Spain, focusing on international buyers for properties starting at €500,000 minimum ticket size. Earning $100 in commission from $1,500 spent isn't a possible outcome in this market.

We also can't locate any account, lead, or transaction under the name John Garza, and we don't currently have US-based clients. Our partner base is real estate agencies on the Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca.

If you're a real client and there's been a mix-up, please email us at support@fondaro.com with your account email or company name and we will personally review what happened.

Even the wife is impressed

My wife handles our agency finances and shes always the one rolling her eyes when i sign up.. Few days in were already in active discussions with multiple potential buyers. The platform
handles everything in one place which she also loves because we used to pay for like 4 different

Saving me hours every week

Before Fondaro my day was switching between like 5 different tools. CRM here, calling app
there, brochure builder in another tab, property search somewhere else, lead spreadsheets..
mess.
Now its all in one place. Click on a lead, see everything about them, call them with one click,

week.

Surprised at how easy it all is

"Ill admit im not the most tech savvy agent out there. Been doing this for years the old
fashioned way and was nervous about signing up for something digital.
Turned out to be ridiculously easy. The platform walks you through everything, the AI helps
with bits where im not sure what to do, and within a couple days i had leads coming in and was
already talking to a few of them.
Sent out my first proper interactive brochure last week and the client was blown away by it.
Made me look way more modern than i actually am haha.
Honestly if i can use it anyone can. Really happy with my decision to sign up."

More than just a lead service

Where do i even start. Signed up for the leads but ended up getting an entire business platform with it.

The brochures are gorgeous, sending them to clients and they can actually interact with them, save them as PDFs, favourite properties they like. Looks really professional and makes me look like a proper modern agency.

The CRM is built properly, not some hacky add on. Calling is integrated which saves so much time. The Resales Online integration is honestly amazing, i can search the whole market from one place now.
And the leads.. exclusive, warm, actually interested. Few days in and im already in proper conversations with a few of them.

These guys are building something special. Every week theres new stuff being added. Highly highly recommend.

I like the all in one concept

The agency I consulting have bought leads for a while from fondaro and I like the all in one concept that during the time I calling the leads in the AI system I can multitask with so many other things and it saves me/us time when we not any more need to write emails, write down notes from our call, scrolling in ages at resales. Generating leads with Fondaro

About 8–9 months ago, I first got to know the Lead HQL team, and from the very beginning, I was very satisfied with their approach, professionalism, and overall attitude toward clients. Even during our initial collaboration, we managed to generate several quality leads, which was a strong indication that they truly know what they’re doing.

I especially want to highlight Jonathan, with whom I personally work. I can only speak highly of him – extremely professional, friendly, patient, and above all, very approachable. What I personally appreciated the most is that the collaboration is not limited to online calls only, which is often the case with many lead generation providers nowadays. With Jonathan, you can actually meet in person, which adds a completely different level of trust and professionalism to the partnership.

I’ll be honest – I wasn’t the most patient client, and like many in business, I expected bigger results quite quickly. At Maiti Homes we have had a great first 6 months

At Maiti Homes we have had a great start with Lead HQL as they have gained some serious leads for us.
We get our majority of clients through referrals from happy clients recommending us so with Lead HQL the goal has been to find new clients that don’t know about us from before.
The process has been smooth and simple and we have aprox 5 new clients in their way over in the next few months to look at properties and also a couple of clients wanting our help to sell a property for them.

Finally a platform that is industry…

Finally a platform that is industry specific for real estate that does not require lengthy commitment periods or minimum investments to get started. Even if you are experienced doing your own ads, LeadHQL has seasoned pixels with a good volume that translates to a decent CPL in a very user friendly interface, and on top of that they offer to qualify the leads before they are passed on right to your calendar as an appointment. The people behind are truly amazing to work with, professional and highly competent in the real estate sector. We (M2Nordic) have had great results that translated into actual clients. Although we would like to keep them a secret, they deserve recognition for their success!
