They misled me
They misled me into thinking they were my actual airline charging me $500 when in the end, my own airline changed my connecting flight (For free) to ensure that I was able to complete my trip. They did nothing and they did not refund the $500 that they took from me.

FRAUD ALERT
FRAUD ALERT: this company interjected my call to Chase Travel while I was on hold and fraudulently took my credit card and personal information by pretending to be the bank's third party & charged my card. I have reported them to the police and opened a dispute with the bank, who had no idea of who they are nor has any business with them. I highly suggest that you avoid any business with them. There is a police investigation open on them and despite trying to get my money back they kept being extremely rude and ghosting me every time I contacted them to also have my information removed from their records.

Very helpful and patient, he spent almost half an hour trying to help us, and we got what we needed. I recommend this guy. I wish if all customer service representatives like him. I don’t usually give reviews but he deserves it.

They are scammers…
They are scammers…they are unethical
They are scammers…they are unethical. they asked me to pay them a cancelation for tickets that were not purchased from them, they promised refund vouchers and when my friend advised me to call the airlines directly the airlines said only the issuing office could refund the tickets, the cancelation they asked for it was about 3000.00,

Breeze Account Hacked
My miles were used by someone else who apparently accessed my Breeze Account. Eddie with Fond Travel did a superb job of helping me with part of the loss I incurred. My plans were necessary for me to change due to my partners death. Eddie was concerned and did as much as he could. His follow up on this issue was remarkable. He restored my faith in Breeze Airlines.
