Good experience so far
Have had a good experience so far. Baran has handheld me all the way through the set up process, and has been very helpful. The set up process was quite long-winded, but thorough, which forced me to make updates to my website, T&C's and policies which have been useful (and needed doing to be fair).
I am wary due to the high number of poor reviews I see here and on the EU Trust Pilot site, so we shall see whether the payouts happen in a timely way and in accordance with the schedules I have agreed with them. Time will tell. If it doesn't go well I will update this review, but if all goes well then there will be no edits.

With Fondy I passed a registration and…
With Fondy I passed a registration and verification in less than business day and got active account. Their support is perfect and they are available for contact all the time, and support is available in different languages too. I got also UK business bank account from bank with UK banking license with FSCS protection up to £85,000 which was our main aim at this stage. Furthermore they provide many integration possibilities and payment methods.

Fondy integration in Wix
We have a Wix website and were looking at options for cheaper payment providers when we discovered Fondy. Baran, the account manager, was very helpful in answering any questions and in supporting our application. It was a lengthy process with many iterations. Baran did the best to assist us.
We thought we would have been accepted by the time Fondy approved our application - but it needed to go through another review round with Trustpayments, which took another week. I think it would be good to communicate this at the beginning.
The Dashboard is also not as simple as the one in Wix, and one cannot easily see at a glance how much is due to be paid out, so we have to navigate the Wix portal, Fondy portal and Trustpayments portal to obtain all information we need. But having said that - things seem to run smoothly and integrate well with each other and in the long run, going with Fondy means a saving compared to other options.

Payout not released since November 2022
Payout not released since November 2022
My Payout is still locked since November 2022. I recieved an email from fondy that settlement would be done on 24th December. Its now 9th of march and still no payout released.
I created ticket (89665) today they email me I replied them back but in return i got email statiting ticket is resolved, which is pathetic .
I have decided today to go legally to recover the substantial funds that Fondy is holding .

I've found a first-rate partner
Last year Sep-Oct I contacted Fondy and was assigned an account manager (Baran) right away. I remember him saying that they could not work with me because of my business model. After his e-mail, he quickly contacted me again to say that he had found an alternative to help me. I really appreciated that for sure because I was in need of receiving payments from my customers. 3 months it took before everything was doing as I wanted. (Of course this included the vacation period.) But Baran answered my questions well and also did everything he could to answer and fix my problems and questions as soon as possible. Pierluigi is the man behind the scenes who solved my technical questions very well. What I found really great is that the answer is never no, but I am going to see how we are going to fix this for you. It's the mentality what I think is top notch from Baran and Pierluigi. I see a bright future with Fondy as a partner.

Even though we couldn't make any progress for this moment of time, Fondy helped us to understand some key moments and the best practices of the infrastructure we are building.

Alot of info needed, got declined.
It needs a mountain of information to be sent, including business plans. After spending hours doing it and having a business that has been trading 2 years just fine we are apparently a risk? Apparently we warranted a decline. A waste of time.
We have never had an issue with a card provider before.
I can't fault the service of the agent, but this company is simply a broker for the payments it seems and its been a pain. Especially as we have accounts with stripe, wix, sum up, square and an overdraft with HSBC and great account history.

this company actually deserves 10 stars. I have been incredibly well served after being scammed by a company that supposedly sells bitcoins. They had made the payments through Fondy. After I reported that this is a fake company. Did they make every effort to get my money back! Again, thank you very much.
Customer service on top
Although I didn’t meet the website requirements, the consultation and advice, which were provided within a short time after my application, were super supportive and professional. Now I know what my next target is, hope to be able to continue with Fondy.

Convenient service, constantly developing, support team works well.
Funds still locked since November
Funds still locked since November. I was told that settlement would occur 24th December. Its now 3rd January and still no settlement.
Fondy emails to tell me THEY HOPE to start settlements from 9th January.... however I have lost hope.
I am now seeking legal advice to try to recover the substantial funds that Fondy are holding captive though they like to blame a 3rd party company.
The saga continues....

I finally have my funds settle after waiting 2.5 months.
