DO NOT BUY from this company because it's a SCAM.

The information on the website is misleading, and the software doesn't have the stated functions. Additionally, their 30-day money-back guarantee applies, quote: "if you purchase a license and encounter a technical issue that prevents the software from performing its core functions, and their team is unable to resolve the issue after troubleshooting" AND NOT, as explained on the website, "All the products follow the basis of Try-Before-You-Buy, coming with a 30-day money-back guarantee if it does not work for you."
I lost my 20 dollars, please take my advice and DO NOT BUY from them.

Awful.. Scammers.. They say they a have a refund policy but you will never get your money back.. their software does not work... SCAMMERS!!!!!

This software claims for fix things but it doesn't. If it cant be fixed in itune reset, this software cant fix it.
The refund policy is a sham. Don't waste your money.

I took a software for 5 euros that didn't work. I asked for a refund that wasn't given to me. Plus, they activated a sort of subscription for 14.90 euros. I cancelled but nothing. I closed the card and filed a complaint.

Lasciate stare. Non usatela per recuperare dati vecchi. Non serve a niente. Tutte balle per farvi tirar fuori soldi anche perché il rimborso non esiste !!!!

Ho comprato più di un abbonamento spendendo 70€ di key per provare a recuperare ciò che avevo cancellato ma nulla a funzionato. Non ve la consiglio per niente perché non funziona e SOPRATTUTTO NON RIMBORSANO UN EURO!!!

support@superiorswiftdiscount which I took a survey with Harbor freight and take a Survey and win a 177 piece tool set then pay $7.95 for shipping and then after that I was told I was entered into a contest for a drwing of 1000 entries to win that tool set and I investigated and they are a scam in which you don't winand are entered into other drqwings which the ammounts get highter and they auto deduct from your bank account I read other articles and was told to cancel and the support emails that are listed at the beginning og my review are false emails so cannot cancel anything

They charged me for 3 months after I purchased their product that didn't work even after I cancelled. Do not use them.

Not worth the value for price paid with this software app which does not work. I tried another recovery and phone transfer software app and it worked fine. Their customer service is horrible as they refused to provide me with a refund just prior to my cancellation period. Again, don't waste your money with Fonedog or its service!!!! You'll thank me later.

Program not good, and after months they still try to get paid for the monthly subscription. NOT RECOMMENDED

Just enter recovery mode on iTunes and you can do what this does but for free. It's a bit scummy making us download the software and then making us pay to proceed. Don't support this app. There's better ways.

Ich wollte gelöschte Nachrichten auf dem Handy wiederherstellen. Ich hatte zwar die Wiederhergestellten Nachrichten (anhand iTunes-Backup) auf dem Mac, aber die Software konnte sie nicht auf dem Händy wiederherstellen.

Sie meinten, um die Daten aufs Handy zu übertragen, müsste ich dann noch eine andere Software erwerben, diese laufe aber nur auf Windows!

Ich wollte den Kauf rückgängig machen (hatte 40 CHF bezahlt!!), die hatten aber NULL Verständnis, Geld ist weg! Nix mit "Geld-zurück-Garantie!"

Schief gegangen ist eigentlich nichts. Das Problem: Die Auswahl an Geräten ist sehr überschaubar. Für mein defektes S20FE gibt es keine Auswahlmöglichkeit. Somit ist das Programm für mich nutzlos. Oder werden die neueren Modelle nur in der kostenpflichtigen Version angeboten. Ich wollte zuerst nur den Desktop auf meinen Computer spiegeln und sehen ob das möglich ist. Jedoch ist gar nichts machbar. Von Datenrettung ganz abgesehen. Mit der kleinen Auswahl an Geräten wird auch die Zahl der Kunden überschaubar bleiben. Zumal ein S20 ja auch kein Exot ist

This app does not work. When you uninstall it leaves files on your computer that you have to try to find and remove manually. I have asked for a refund. Should have read these review before trying to use it. Piece of crap run away!!

Absolute Abzocke. Erst Versrechen das es 30 Tage Geld zurück Garantie gibt, dann 60% anbieten und behaupten, die Garantie wäre nur für die "Lifetime-Abonnements" - hat nicht funktioniert. Leider nicht empfehlenswert.

DO NOT purchase their phone recovery (due to accidental deletion) product (59.95). IT DOES NOT WORK.. and they will continue to charge you deceiviously the same amount, even if you are able to get a refund for the first time you purchase.

I got both iOS and Android devices so it is quite inconvenient when I have to transfer some files between them. This Phone Transfer tool from FoneDog is quite a savior! It makes this transferring file thing easier than I ever thought. Thank you for making my life easier!
