I was aware that it took a bit of time to receive my products after ordering, so in anticipation of that, THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT!!!!! My girlfriend LOVED her I LOVE LUCY CROCS & MY EAGLES CROCS !!!! They are super comfy and I’m so glad I found this company!! Be patient with the processing and shipping, you will not be disappointed. I communicated one time just wondering when I might receive the crocs, and although they said between two specific dates, they came a few days before which was a welcomed surprise. My girlfriend literally cried when she saw them😊😊thank you footwearmerch!!!! You made her so very happy!!!

Took too long to receive shoes. One pair has a pendleton straps on them instead of Georgia bulldogs. No updates on shipping progress. I had to keep emailing about where the product was.

This is not an honest company, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Shoes are flimsy and design has large mistakes, despite this the company refused to complete an exchange even though it was a manufacturing error. Proceed with caution (or, in my opinion, not at all!)

Took about a month to get the Messi crocs but once we got them my son was so excited! They are quality and look exactly like the picture in the ad. Would definitely recommend!

SCAM!!!!!!! RUN!!!!! The item never delivered to my address! I had to go to the post office to pick it up... so I knew something was off. While at the post office, I was told that this company is a scam! They use old/fake shipping labels and leave the customer having to go to the post office and pay the shipping!!!!!!!! VERY PISSED OFF! They scam you for your hard earned money AND make YOU go to the post office to pay the shipping cost!!!!!! I declined the item and refused to pay!!! So they scammed me out of my money!

It took them three tries to get my order correct.
I will order from them again though

False advertisement. They advertise personalized "Crocs", but they absolutely are NOT Crocs. They are poorly made and cheap looking. However, they charge Croc prices. A huge scam. This site needs to be shut down.

The shoes that I ordered did not fit as expected and they refused to allow me to return them and refund me. Their customer service is horrible and the shoes I bought were cheap and not up to my standards. I would never order from this company again.

I would give them zero starts! This is 100% a scam. I ordered some crocks for my nephew as a Christmas gift. Last communication I received from them was that item was in quality control and that I would be notified once it shipped. Suppose item never arrived. When I inquired, they “apologized” and send me a tracking number with USPS claiming that the item was delivered sometime in January. When I check the same tracking number I get proof that it’s only a label created and nothing has been shipped. They kept giving me the run around. I just reported it and got my money back from my credit card. Don’t waste your time or money with them.

I ordered over 20 pairs I got my first order they are nice and just like the photos it’s just my size 8 feels like a size down maybe I should of got a size 9 then if I knew but anyways it’s not that uncomfortable for me it’s just I have wide feet but I can work with it they was on time with delivery and everything and communication was very well through emails they are good clogs but they aren’t crocs it’s a big difference but it is what it is

My biggest issue is it took FOREVER to get them and I thought I would never receive the order!

After waiting a very long for two orders, the shoes that I received were way too small. So be careful what size you order and look at the size chart very carefully. This company will not refund your money if the size is wrong. It is a very shady company and the shoes are not real crocs--a very cheap knockoff. I was very disappointed.

My shoes were adorable but 2 sizes too small. I wrote customer support and they said to show them proof. I showed them a tag of a shoe which was the size I ordered and then matched the shoe they sent next to show the difference. They wrote back and said they were very clear about sizing so tough luck. Do not buy from them.

My grand daughter loves them. I think we got a total of 7-9 pairs. Just wish the wraps were stronger for an 8 year old. However they are great, colorfully decorated.

First, I did not receive the refund promised on January 30, 2024.
Secondarily. my previous complaint- the color is green and not gray as shown on your website. There is no GREEN in the Vegas Golden Knights colors. Secondarily, the Knights Logo is off center by almost an inch. The top of the logo is shifted outward to the NI in KNIGHTS versus it being centered between the GOLDEN KNIGHTS as shown in product picture. I bought these as a gift for my wife and I'm NOT satisfied with the quality of the crocs.

Great customer service. The shoes we ordered did not come with the custom options we chose. They sent us out a new pair with the custom options we choose right away.
