I sent an email to "help" (at symbol) fordays.com, got an automated response saying the someone would respond within 48 hours, then a real person did. She said "Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with—I’m happy to assist!" on November 7th, 2025, and I sent a follow up question. It's now November 14th, 2025 and I've sent 2 additional emails to remind them for a response.
I have purchased several times through ForDays, but my recent purchase I did not like the fit of the item (for my body) and returned it for a refund. The process couldn't have been easier, from the return shipping to the refund of my TrashieCash coupon to the personal service of the customer service department to let me know the status of my return every step of the way. I immediately ordered several new items because I was so happy.

If I could give no stars I would.
They claim to be all for helping people and giving back but they don’t even pay the small businesses they get their products from. And when these small businesses reach out to resolve the issue they are told there is no issue to be resolved. I suggest if you see something on their website you like go directly to the business that makes the product. Not only will you actually be supporting a small business but you will get your products sooner and at better prices.

What a disappointment of a company, after months of promises of more reward quantities this week they decided to raise the cost of the good rewards they used to be 10 of their trashie cash for a $10 gift card, now it costs 100 of their cash. Now I’m stuck with my trashie cash. They also blocked me on social media simply for saying the truth.

I needed help mailing my filled bag. I'm not very computer literate, and I had difficulty figuring out the info about the mailing label. I have used the Take Back Bag previously, but this time I couldn't get my registration completed (computer issues or app issues, unsure of which). I turned to the Trashie help desk, and Barbara came through for me. She was able to set up my registration page link, so I was able to print my label and send off my bag, pronto!

I’ve done the take back bag about 3-4 times now. I haven’t purchased anything for the most part; I miss the For Days brand. I feel like it was more affordable and I enjoyed the quality. However, I decided to use some of my trashie cash. I purchased a set from Harvest and Mill. While their customer service was less than ideal, Laarnie with For Days was really great at helping get my order exchanged and redelivered.

RIN is amazing and so patient! I haven't used forsays in over a year and things had changed in the website. I couldn't find my old closet cash etc. Rin helped me set up a new account and also helped me trouble shoot through multiple emails to find my old closet cash... now trashie cash. I was ok with being out of luck and it not working but Rin didn't give up and because of her I now have access to my 70 dollars id trashiest cash so I can continue to recycle clothing with benefits! Rin is so great and I will continue to use fordays because of her.

I found an old For Days Take Back bag when packing to move. I thought the QR code had expired and reached out to them for help. I wasn't expecting such a prompt response to be honest, but Barbara reached out almost immediately and helped me make use of the bag. I was able to fill it up with clothing that could end up in the trash, but now will be reused and recycled properly.

I made a mistake when registering one of my Trashie bags. When I reached out via email for support, it was corrected within an hour. I didn't even expect a same-day response since it was Labor Day (a federal holiday in the U.S.) and the initial automated message said it would take up to 48 hours.

I love the Take Back Bag! It's such a great way to ensure your pre-loved goods get recycled and/or reused while reducing as much waste as possible, knowing that traditional donation methods aren't anywhere near as effective as we think they are. Also have had great customer service experiences with the company as well. All around happy customer :)

I contacted For Days because my order had not arrived. The response was immediate and my order was filled immediately, DESPITE the fact that I typed an incorrect address! The staff realized my error and sent it to the correct address they had on file from a previous order. Great communication and follow up!
