You can get in touch via our email info@fordoglovers.uk, our website chat or on number +447477350828.

We are also pleased to advise your delivery is in progress and you will be able to see this through the tracking details sent to you via email by our team.
Please check your spam folder as email notifications are sometimes going straight to it.

This is also advised in our shipping policies to ensure you are fully informed about what can you expect once you place and order.
We hope this resolves the matter and we remain available for any further assistance you might need.

Really great selection of products
Really great selection of products & my pups love them. Good value as well.
Bit of slow delivery but that’s the courier being a bit useless and not FDL!
Definitely recommend.

Wee jumper is absolutely gorgeous
Wee jumper is absolutely gorgeous. Lovely and thick material. I got XL for my Bichon Frise, she is a little dainty so it has a little give in it at the back end, but length wise it’s perfect for her. Couple of weeks free treats were a nice surprise along with the wee note and money off for next time. Sad my other jumper I ordered was out of stock but I was made aware in email and another email saying it will be refunded. Definitely a positive purchase and one of the only places I could find a 100% cotton jumper for my pooch
