As someone else said, I wish I could give a 0. This is a massive scam. They steal pictures from other sellers or actual artists and then they send you a piece of crap that looks nothing like the photo. They advertise all over social media with their fake products, take 4 months to ship, and when you finally receive the item you will be overcome with rage and disappointment. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I would rate this company a 0 if I could. I ordered pens, they never arrived. They last tracking on shipping said they were received in Jefferson City and 'in transit' for delivery. They never arrived. When I contacted customer service they said to check my local post office with the tracking number. My post office did not recognize the tracking number. I wrote back asking for a refund or proof of delivery and all they sent was an email saying 'I'm sorry, but we deliver to the address specified on your order. Your kind understanding would be highly appreciated." I am now reaching out to PayPal for a refund.

Clearly a scam. Order placed over a month ago and the order still has not arrived. Looks like it went through Europe only to dissapear in the US. Stay away! Overpriced items that don't arrive.

I would rate zero stars if possible. The item I received is not as described in the listing. It was a lie. I ordered a “handmade” glass item and what arrived (after months) was cheap plastic with a glass design film printed on it that I could literally peel off. It looks like a kindergarten project. Customer support refused to refund me and would only offer $4 back.

I feel like an idiot for even falling for this bullshit, but maybe seeing this review will prevent someone else from doing the same. Once you’ve received the product (that is not at all as advertised) it’s been deleted from their site so you can’t leave a review. They do not accept returns and only offered me $2 for my $29 purchase.

Firstly, its plastic and looks like such complete dog sh*t... was way overpriced for what a piece of garbage it is. It looks nothing like the photos, clearly stolen images from someone else. And, you can't even fit a photo booth strip in it... I've received some scam garbage before, but holy hell, nothing this atrocious.

Do not purchase from here! Zero stars. This website is a drop shipping scam and I am actually embarrassed I didn't see this coming. The product I ordered looked completely different to what was advertised. It was almost laughable, the product was complete trash. I asked to return it for a refund and they were completely unprofessional and only offered an $8 refund for a $100 order. After asserting that this was insufficient and asking them once again to rectify the problem, they sent another email saying "thanks for the feedback" and said their customer service team was going on holiday... Do not order from here unless you hope to receive something completely unexpected that will inevitably go straight to landfill.

Product was ordered in December for as Christmas gift, received inaccurate shipping date for almost 2 months. When I contacted them I immediately received new tracking info showing that my package had been delivered but nothing arrived. I have security cameras and confirmed this with the shipper. However if it shows delivered the customer loses. Horrible to deal with.

Total scam. They claim to have sent me product twice now and yet nothing MONTH's later. Every review is like this - wish I had checked before purchasing - avoid like the plague!

Ordered a product in November for Christmas. I sent a note to Customer Support on New Years Eve - and they replied that the package was enroute and being delivered "normally". It had showed "in transit" for a couple of weeks with no movement after reaching the US. When I followed up, the response was condescending that they cannot control delivery time and things happen to slow it down. The products arrived a couple of weeks later. (too late for Christmas) and about 2 months after ordered.

Do not order from this company they will only send you a part of your order and then act stupid when you try to get either the product or a refund. offer you 10 or 20 dollars when they owe you twice that much like your really going to accept a pittance no customer service no product delivered a loose loose company

All these reviews are correct. Ordered a gift for Christmas and here it is January 31, 2026 and I have not received. Their website shows it in transit, but they insist that is was delivered (it was not) and they keep sending me bogus tracking numbers and "proof" of delivery, which is no proof at all. They are indeed scammers, thieves and con artists. Do not order anything from this company!

Same as everyone else. Ordered something in the beginning of December 2025. It’s a day away from February 2026 and never received it. Emailed and got bot responses. Couldn’t even spell Memphis correctly in the tracking info. Out $40 as well. Spread the word, scam site.

I ordered the Heartbeart Crystal handmade breathing necklace in both the blue and red colors on 12/18/2025. The package finally arrived on 1/27/2026 and upon opening it I find 2 necklaces that are enamel painted what appears to be heart shaped. They dont beat..they are not sterling silver as advertised.I did not just pay $ 26.99 usd each for pieces of garbage..contacted them and they offered to pay me $5.00 usd for my inconvenience...umm no thank you...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Do NOT order from here. I ordered a set of pens and it has been almost 40 days. The tracking says it's still in transit. When contacting customer service it's just an automated bot that keeps telling me the item has been delivered. I've sent three follow-ups and continue to receive the same automated response. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY/SERVICE!!!

I ordered mid November. Tracking still says it has reach the shipping facility. When I asked forecastg they said it states that it was delivered and gave me a Different tracking number then what was originally sent to me. I mentioned this and their reply was something like sorry for the inconvenience, it must have been a glitch in the system. I also mentioned that the address on this "new" tracking number was not the right one. And I had asked multiple times for a refund. Their reply is check with the post office to make sure they didn't deliver to the wrong address. Next step I will be making a complaint about this company. Temu is a better website clearly.

I reviewed once before about a product that I ordered, was overcharged for it and thankfully PayPal immediately saw the fraud and refunded/stopped the payment. Saved me $75. As an update, it is five weeks later and this product STILL hasn't arrived even though they showed it shipping December 14. Had PayPal not had my back, I'd still be out $75 and had nothing to show for it. At least I got the refund so I don't care if this ever shows up. And I've not heard a word from them about any delays or anything else. So do yourself a huge favor and never ever use this company! Whatever it is they might have that you think you want, find it on another website from a company with a decent rating!

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took over a month to receive the item I ordered and it was small, cheap and flimsy. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. What a rip off. Stay away from this company.
