Purchased a bag for a Mother’s Day gift! My mother in law did not feel this particular bag was her age appropriate! The purchase was made end of April 24! When requested a return label I was informed it was past the seven(7) day return policy!

Do not shop with them. Shady products and team. Terrible customer service. Terrible attitude when they make a mistake. ZERO accountability or assistance. Very passive aggressive and defensive owner.
