I ordered the Xmas pack and certainly wasn't disappointed. The whole family agreed that it was some of the best tasting meat they ever had. We had the turkey, beef, lamb, gammon and pigs in blankets. Exceptional value for money, won't order meat from anywhere else now

I pick up a Xmas pack from the shop, it was well packed and definitely great value. Everything was of great quality and made for an excellent Xmas, the large pigs in blankets were a definite hit will all.

Placed a Christmas order through email which was confirmed but when I went to pick it up two days before Christmas, they didn't have it. They were very apologetic and made it up while I waited but when I got home the 3.5-4kg turkey crown I ordered was only 2.7kg. And the packs of pigs in blankets which should have had 12 in, only had 10. Sadly this will be my first and last order.

I have been ordering from theses folks for a few months now, and have had good products and service from them, but the last order I placed was absolutely disgusting, I ordered two 1.6 kg chickens, a 10 pack of their chicken legs and a number of other items. Firstly the chickens were 1.4 kg and smelt disgusting as did the legs totally inedible and very possibly a health risk. I contacted them to inform them of the issues and even wanted to return one of the under weight chickens for them to see and smell for themselves, they have not replied nor are they returning any of my calls. However today I received an e mail informing me that due to the opening of their farm shop they would no longer be delivering to my post code I wonder why ??? So in conclusion be this a warning to anyone thinking of using these people, do so at your own risk, and heaven forbid you have an issue with their products at anytime.

Products are great as usual, always quality meat, but, they no longer deliver to my home town, they've stopped that for some reason. So i can no longer order from them, shame!

First they tried to deliver my order 2 weeks before the requested delivery date then on the delivery date I had to phone to chase them up …it arrived not long after that call totally frozen… rock solid. It was obviously what they had tried to deliver 2 weeks before that had been stuck in the freezer then hastily grabbed out following my phone call. Had to defrost everything to be able to split it all up and then re freeze some of it which we wanted to use later…not a safe thing to have to do and not acceptable from a “quality” fresh meat butcher

Prompt delivery of quality meat. Haven'y eaten it all yet but the Piri Piri chicken and belly pork slices were delicious.
