Ordered two piggy banks oct
29th. Still haven't Received they told me
To be patient. I'm contacting my bank.

So angry that I didn’t read reviews before I ordered - after lots of emails items arrived weeks late and not in time for Christmas. The quality is poor , packaging terrible ,and they are tiny. I ordered similar from Amazon at half the price and they came next day. Only challenge now is pushing for refund. There are no details of where to send them back

Received product NOT as advertised, came with all different size font stickers for name. Cheapy wood, not at all worth the $$. But worst of all, took almost 3 months to get product. Order in October for Christmas gift, rec'd in January! Customer service not helpful at all!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY of their products, you will regret!

I ordered 2 on 11/15/23 with a guaranteed Christmas delivery. They never arrived until 1/2/24. In communicating prior to I was given a fake url link and it was just horrible. When they arrived it was not as advertised. The names were not on there and they provided stickers but yet instill when ordering they have you provide the name. They are micro small; nothing large at all. Last but not least the one item was NOT finished and just looks like plain wood. I tried contacting them again and no results. They are horrible and hope no one else gets ripped off. Photo of what I received attached. Believe me they are not larger. Basically the size of an open hand in person. I'm so annoyed so please forgive me for any run on sentences etc etc. Very very 😡😡😡😡. I am searching for all sites that I can give these scum bags the horrible review they deserve.

O stars. Never received product. 1 tracking says from Italy, 1 says from China. DO NOT ORDER from this company! Also charged us more than on the order confirmation. Total scam!!

If I could give 0 stars….
First the charge that hit my account was more than at checkout by ~20%
Then, after about 4 weeks the tracking showed my items were on NV and just stopped progressing. When I reached out to customer service, I received a completely different tracking showing my items were in NYC. That tracking has not progressed in a week. I ordered over 6 weeks ago and no longer can use the items.

Purchased personalized letter piggy banks, what a piece of crap, don't waste your money on this. Ad stated it was personally engraved, it is NOT. They give you some really small stickers to put on yourself, not at all depicted on the ad. When you try to write a review on the site giving it a one start it magically disappears, wonder why on the site it shows 5 stars. Also I selected express shipping they said 7 days, I ordered on Nov 26 didin't get it till JAN 5.

I ordered 7 banks for Christmas in October. They never arrived. January I get a package and what they sent me was not what I even ordered. There were 7 small not wooded banks all the letter A and none engraved. All came with sticker letters for me to apply. Each bank should have been in the letter of each child and their name on the bank. DO Not order from this company at all, they are a scam. Luckily I got in touch with my bank and they investigated and then returned my money.

SCAM! I ordered three piggy banks weeks before Thanksgiving, and they arrived January 4th. They were not as advertised - letters were much smaller, different color wood, and with stickers to put a name on when it’s advertised that they will print letters on. They provide questionable tracking information that never updates. I did receive a refund, after I threatened them twice so be persistent!

This “company” should be ashamed. All the reviews stating that the product doesn’t reflect what is being sold are accurate. The piggy banks I received 6 weeks after ordering are total crap. I’m embarrassed that I ordered them.

They had a wide range of items from clothing to home goods. Store purchase was smooth. Great products, much satisfied.

This company is a complete scam!!! I ordered 2 wooden banks for my grandsons for Christmas back in NOVEMBER & still haven't received them! I can't get in touch with anyone & every time I try to track it has 2 different tracking numbers! There is NO customer service phone number & they tell you everything is shipped in the USA & 1 says it was shipped from Spain & 1 is saying it was shipped from China! SCAMMERS!!!

Don’t be Scammed !! Products pictured are NOT what you get.. first it will take over 2-months to even ship your order, then it will be Nothing like what they sold you!! Not sure if they are part of the temu organization but the products are just as bad and deceiving…

Don’t buy from them, and if you already have, check your bank statements!!! I bought two piggy banks online for $40 and my email receipts said $40 but my bank statement said $52. When I contacted them about it they said it was a “glitch” and I can’t imagine how many “glitches” other people have had that didn’t notice. Also product never showed up

It would be a zero or negative star if possible. You cannot locate accurate tracking, and my product arrived yesterday with incorrect letters for the banks, and stickers for the personalization. This website is a scam, do not use it. The product was cheap and not worthy of giving as a gift.

Update: I finally (after having Paypal investigate) received my order. It took 2 1/2 months. Still giving them a 0 rating because the product is poorly made...looks cheap, edges of the wood and plexiglass are not smooth. The letters that I thought would be inscribed on the bank came as a sheet of stick-on letters that you have to do yourself. So not worth the money I paid. The gift I am too embarassed to give!

0 rating! I agree with other reviewers saying this is a scam. Ordered a bank 2 months ago and haven't received. The ad for the banks us misleading and made it appear these were made in USA. I wouldn't have ordered if I thought otherwise. When I contact rhe company, I receive "tracking" information that is conflicting...one says shipped from Spain, one says shipped from China, one says coming USPS but no item number. DO NOT ORDER from them!! Wish I had researched better!

Total scam.
I would be embarrassed to give any gift from this company to anyone. The item is not even close to what is described. Complete lies. The items I ordered for my Grandchildren were pathetic tiny cheap wooden banks. They arrived weeks late and missed Christmas. Nothing but junk.

I ordered Piggy Banks on 11/24/23. I received an email they were shipped. Tracking states they are in Nashua and have been since 12/21/23 with no further movement. I have tried every avenue to contact them for weeks and all I get is automated responses. I've tried to find a phone number for them without much luck. I too, ordered from an ad I saw on Facebook. Lesson learned. Stay way clear of this company. Seems they have made a lot of money by scamming honest people.

I placed an order on 11/16/23 and was guaranteed delivery for Christmas. The order arrived 1/2/24. The product was not as advertised and was just HORRIBLE. This company is not worth dealing with and they are no good.
