Do not order from these people, I, like others, ordered the initial banks, 2 of them. Ordered on October 30, 2023. Got tracking updates for a while, but then communication stopped. I sent many messages, items were sent from Italy, then, they were out of stock, so they were coming from China, go figure. I sent several messages every day beginning December 1. After many sent, I got ugly. Lord and behold my package arrived today, December 28….Banks are ok, But much smaller than I thought.
Final message…DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE DEFINITELY A SCAM

Sadly a SCAM site. Opened in April 2023. Ordered money boxes for Christmas like a lot of people in Nov '23. Tracking information sent via scam site tracking-hub.com, started in the USA, then got to Australia, then tracking stopped.

Supplier responded to support requests with contradictory statements claiming the parcel hasn't been sent yet.

After initiating a PayPay dispute, the order was updated immediately on PayPal with a real tracking number that works on track17, so we will see what has been sent. The immediate change suggests they are trying to block the dispute by sending something.

WELL YOU CAN DITTO THE HUNDREDS OF REVIEWS ON BEING SCAMMED ORDERED 5, YES 5 BANKS AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THEM, TRACKNG SAYS JUENO ALASKA HAS BEEN THERE FOR `10 DAYS. WHAT A RIP OFF

I made an order in October in plenty of time for Christmas for my grandchildren. About the end of November I still had not got my order and corresponded with their website asking where my order was and I needed it before Christmas. They kept sending me assurances that it was on the way and gave me a tracking website that did not work. About a week before Christmas, I emailed them everyday asking where my order was, they assured me I would get it. Nine weeks after I ordered, I get them in the mail today, 3 days AFTER Christmas! The banks are small and they are not engraved with my grandchildren's names, like they advertised. They send you stickers so you can put the names on them. Over all experience, not worth it!

Yep. First time i have ever purchased from websites like this and this is exactly why i never did to begin with. The products are not what you think they are. They are advertising lies - if i could upload images here i would coz its not what you think. Do not buy from this company stay well away.

This company is a fraud. The piggy banks they are advertising do not come within the US. It’s been 3 months and I have not received anything.

SCAM, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. I ordered 5 of the wooden name piggy banks on November 8th. They never arrived and you can't reach anyone at the customer service or their "shipper". Plus, they charged a good bit more on my credit card than my bill said. SCAM.

I wish I had read about this company prior to ordering. It's a scam and I did contact them to request a shipping label. All they keep saying is that they're sorry I didn't like the products. Really? I specifically requested return for refund and they refuse to help saying they did their best to resolve my issue. My issue is they won't provide any address or shipping label for returns although they claim satisfaction guaranteed and to contact them for shipping information for returns. I wish Zero stars was an option. Unfortunately they know PayPal won't do anything either so they just take advantage of people. Maybe they're all in cahoots.

I TRIED CONTACTING THE COMPANY ABOUT SIX TIMES AFTER THAT AND NO ONE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH ANYTHING REGARDING THE TRACKING OR A REFUND. PLEASE RESEARCH THE COMPANY BEFORE YOU ORDER ANYTHING. I'VE LEARNED MY LESSON AFTER ORDERING 5 BANKS FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN FOR CHRISTMAS.

Arrived today I should have had an L,T,H,G,A. I have received one H and four Ts absolutely furious, don’t even have names on then just sent stickers. I also noticed there is no way to get money out? I hope to hear back from them? DO NOT TOUCH

placed an order from instagram for money boxes personalized with names. firstly they scam you to say they have shipped. I made enough contact with them for them to ship a poor excuse for what theyre selling. nothing like the images and not personalized.

Do NOT place an order with this site. I placed an order for 7 piggy banks for all the little ones in the family on October 30. At first there were shipping updates until Nov. 28th, then nothing at all. I have emailed the shipping company who says they have "asked the company to update info." I have also emailed "support" at Forever-Beloved. Has ANYONE received their order??

I placed an order on Oct 30th for one money box for my grandson initially to be given to him for his birthday (early December) but since I did not receive it I thought I would give it to him for Christmas. It is now December 26th and I still have not received it. This company is a fraud and a scam. They keep saying to be patient and to trust their product....what a joke!

Update.Well, I finally received my items. Still not sure I would use them again. . .
Scam Shows tracking then stops. No way to talk to anyone. Robo reply is always the same. Uses Paypal so I thought was ok. You do not know until you order and then you cannot cancel. Bad people. 2 months already.

Ordered the letter bank boxes for Christmas presents and shipping track stopped at Chapel Hill, NC. Never got my purchase.

I placed on order on 11/15 and never received. The shipping link never provides info or an arrival date, and they keep asking me to wait longer. Do not order. I’m going through my credit card company for a refund.

This company is a total scam! I placed an order in good faith and I never got the shipment. They just keep saying that it is on the way and stuck in customs and they are trying their best to get it to me. They claim they can’t refund my money because the order shipped. TOTAL SCAM!!!!
