Forge & Lumber may be a small company, but their service and quality are of the highest standards! Never before when ordering jewellery of any kind online, have I been provided with the opportunity to try out the item at home for both style and size prior to finalising my order! This proved invaluable to me as a couple of changes were required. Dan and Debs then sent out the new style/size with the same opportunity for checking. Once we were content with the choice, we were provided a freepost return label to enable the engraving to take place.

Although Dan and Debs had other personal commitments causing some delays in service, the turn around time from order, sizing, changes, return, engraving and final receipt was far quicker than the guideline timelines!

I will be 100% recommending Forge & Lumber to all my friends and family who want a quality and unique piece of jewellery!
I will be returning in future!

My husband lost his wedding ring many years ago now and wanted something a little different to replace it. I found Forge and Lumber and not only was it much more affordable than some other rings that are available, but also the rings are just so much more interesting! I ordered a wedding ring and it’s absolutely beautiful. The wooden inlay is so lovely, my husband says it feels really nice on his finger. I can’t rate Forge and Lumber highly enough - the customer service is very personal as this is a small business, and it’s great to be able to support them. I returned one ring that was the wrong size and they replaced without any issue. The presentation box is really special too - a very thoughtful addition.

We initially ordered wrong size rings because we didn’t order ring sizer first. We emailed the customer service and asked about the process. They were super quick with detailed response and exchanged our rings free of charge. We also asked for quick turnaround as we were going on holidays. We received rings the next day. Outstanding service and beautiful rings. Thank you!

Fantastic service order the wrong size ring. There wasn’t an issue returning the sent the correct size within a week. The quality of there products are amazing would advise anyone to buy from forge & lumber, would buy again from them

Fantastic experience throughout. Before we ordered we checked on sizing as my partners ring size is larger than z! Debs was extremely quick at responding to us. She assured us they could make the larger size, but was also realistic about the timings and checked that the estimated timings would be ok for us. We placed the order at the beginning of December, Dan then reached out to double check the timings too as it was a z+3 size they needed to make. I think they estimated 3-4 months for this to be made and received, we were given the option of choosing a different ring if these timings weren't OK. We were happy to wait. We then received a surprise notification just over a month later to say the ring had been dispatched!!! The ring arrived and we are over the moon with it, it fits perfectly and my partner is so pleased with it. The added extra of a silicone ring is brilliant too!! He chose The Crucible which we highly recommend along with Forge and Lumber! Dan and Debs - thank you so much. If I could give more stars I would!

Beautiful rings, so unique and customer care was fantastic. They went above and beyond to help us size up and get rings at short notice and their efforts are hugely appreciated, 100% recommend them to anyone.

Loved the look of the rings from these guys, and eventually picked one. Unfortunately a local jewellers measured me wrong so I ended up ordering a size too big. So they swapped it for a smaller one - too small! Sounds like little red riding hood 😂. Anyway, they swapped it again and it’s perfect. All done with brilliant clear comms, and the ring comes in a beautiful wooden box. So pleased, and would recommend to anyone!

It's been such a please dealing with this company, clearly Debs both knows her stuff and wants to deliver a great customer experience. For mens rings that are a bit more interesting than the norm I can't recommend these guys enough.
