I visited Raj at Forma recently after not visiting a dentist for over 5 years. I had put it off for a while as I knew I needed multiple treatments, but I was nervous because of the pain and about being told off! Raj was excellent, I felt at ease from start to finish and saw him over 4 times. My teeth look so much better, and I would 100% not wait before returning to Raj. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Couldn't recommend this legend enough!
Loved Raj from the beginning!!
I did quite a bit of research into finding a great Invisalign specialist when I came across Raj @ Forma. He did it for the best price and every time I visited his practice he made it fun. My treatment took up to two years but never once did I feel like Raj lost interest. He is brilliant and managed to achieve my goal without removing healthy teeth. I am so so happy with the results and can't help but feel a little sad not to be seeing Raj any more. He's a bloody legend and I could not recommend him enough!!!
