2. Every dish is made to order. Your order arrives and we start preparing it. That’s it. Nothing sits on shelves. If an item arrives frozen, that’s because we want to lock in the freshness.
3. We only work with family-run, artisan suppliers. Because ethical husbandry, seasonality and flavour are their priority.
4. Everything is made by hand. We pack every order by hand, too, using specialist protective packaging.
5. We use overnight couriers. It means your food arrives in tip-top condition.

We’ve been producing London Cure Smoked Salmon for over a century, so it was a proud day for us when our ‘London’ Cure’ smoked salmon was recognised as a delicacy worthy of PGI Certification. PGI status, enforced by law, is designed to protect and celebrate traditional regional foods similar to Champagne, Parma ham, Melton Mowbray pork pies and Wensleydale Cheese to name just a few.
Not only is ‘London Cure Smoked Salmon’ now the only smoked salmon in the world with protected status, but London’s first ever food or drink to achieve this coveted recognition.

When I placed the order
When I placed the order, it was a with a very friendly helpful lady on the telephone. It was a pleasure to be able to speak to a real person! They recommended when the best delivery date would be for me and the order would be delivered by one of their own drivers they were extremely reliable and did what they promised to do, my order was perfectly executed And I even was given some chocolates as a gift in my order which was a lovely surprise

I had missed thr drlivery slot but had…
I had missed thr drlivery slot but had an important dinner event . Foreman and Field asked the chefs to see if they could turn this around for me and they did . They never disappoint.
Found them in lockdown and hsve used ever since . Lots of choice snd the vegetarian options are v good too .

Website is very user friendly
Website is very user friendly. Order arrived on 14th, as requested. It was extremely well and securely packed. The smoked salmon roulade went straight into the freezer. It looks perfect so I have no doubt that it will taste great on the day - Wednesday 20th September. (I shall remember to defrost it before setting out!)

Foreman & Field are a fantastic company with the best salmon we have ever tasted. The products are incredibly fresh and the smoked salmon and salmon steaks do not compare to anything else. The customer service and packaging are first class. Would not hesitate to recommend. Love them!
