i never received my harness. and they do not reply to any form of communication.

DO NOT purchase anything from this company!! I made a purchase, got a confirmation and my visa was charged with the purchase. I have never received a tracking number, shipment of product, can't reach them either via their chat or email, and have been left with no communication or product. WORSE organization EVER!!

I have quite a few "formydoggy" harnesses.
I ordered 1 a month ago, no response from several emails.
The company seems to have changed for the worse

No product, no contact, no order number, no way to contact them without these

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have NOT RECEIVED my purchase. It's been a little more than a month. They HAVE NOT answered any of my Emails. They had NO PROBLEMS charging my credit card. I just want what I purchased or a REFUND!!! NOTHING.

Never received, they stated it was delivered in February 20th but nothing was delivered!!!!!

This is such a scam.... ordered bark stop on 13th June 2025. Not had the item yet... now 25th August. No customer service number or address. What a disappointing company. No help yet taken money. I have many doggy friends and have told them to avoid this company and product. Vet tech was the company

Do not touch this with a barge pole, I see I'm not the only one who was ripped off.
Never received my items, total 38 GBP and no customer service, it doesn't exist. Absolutely shocking it's not the money it's the fact these monsters have stole off many people.

Received my order. It was faulty. Emailed multiple time times. No reply and no refund.

Have not received my order. Contacted via email 5 times no response. Messages via chat, no response. Messaged on Facebook NOTHING. Who can I complain to please? I want a refund. Disappoint is an understatement

Don't waste your time trying to get any after sales replies on customer support...They never reply despite numerous e-mails...They leave you out to dry in other words you are on your own..NOT RECOMMENDED

Ordered another harness which was paid for never 11/18/24 received product. Emailed multiple times, no response.

Update: received and the dog likes it. Changed my rating to 3 and will update next month.

Harness pull strap broke the very first time I went to put it on.
Have emailed 6 times with no response.

I have e-mailed them so many times to get an exchange or refund and no reply at all from them even sent them my order number but after about 6 or more e-mails to them asking how return the item no reply at all not happy rip off company

Absolutely AWFUL company. I emailed them EVERY DAY FOR 15 days straight. So 15 emails from the day my order arrived with a problem but they never replied to a single email. 0 customer service once they have your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

After using different harnesses and collars over many years of dog ownership i can honestly say this is the best harness for your dog. Easy on and off. Looks good too.

THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM!! I ordered a harness if all I had to pay was Shipping. I paid the $20 - they never sent me my harness - and now they say I ordered the wrong size, when I never ordered a size, and want me to place ANOTHER order with 30% off. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN 😡

Item arrived today, actually very surprised by the quality very happy with it I have marked down stars due to communication issues they state 24/7 support but takes days for a response and was a standard template does not help their business
