I had my property sitting on the market for nearly 12 months with Ray White in Craigieburn with no success. They were constantly advising me to reduce my pricing by significant amounts and were giving me feedback stating what the viewers were finding wrong with the property and what they were willing to pay, but no offers.
I travelled from interstate to set the property up and had an offer on the table for exactly what I wanted within a month. My conveyancer was suprised at how quickly and easily this was achieved.

We love the concept but unfortunately it didn't work for us. It may be the conservative nature of the regional city we live in (quite traditional in terms of buying property via agents). I don't know the reason but we didn't get any real inquiries at all, despite our suburb being one of the most sought after in the city and attractively priced judging by the very few properties sold in the area over the past 12 months.
