I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this law office.
After speaking with an initial screener, I was told that I “definitely had a case” and was asked to provide detailed personal information, including my SSN, license, and other personal details. Based on that conversation, I expected a thorough and professional follow-up.
Instead, I received a brief voicemail from attorney Joanna Hair stating that after “reviewing my information,” they would not be able to assist me, without any explanation. I returned the call immediately and made multiple additional attempts to reach her, but did not receive a response.
At a minimum, I expected a direct conversation or a basic explanation, especially after being encouraged to share sensitive information. The lack of communication was frustrating and disappointing.
I would encourage others to be mindful when sharing personal information before receiving clear confirmation and direct engagement from an attorney. Very disappointing
Is it possible to give this company a negative star review? I’ve dealt with lawyers many times never I have experienced a law firm that doesn’t work with the client, that only got me less than 15% of the total settlement and is so passive aggressive, unprofessional and ultimately the worst decision I’ve made for law representation. I could never recommend this company in any aspect nor give them a single positive review for anything they did, they took care of themselves and the people they pushed me to work with and whatever was left was for me as a client. Super weak legally didn’t even know how negotiate a settlement or medical bills in favor of a client. Stated the worst experience I had with a law company, hire anyone else don’t fall for their website reviews follow real ones like Reddit and trust pilot

I had a terrible impression of Morgan & Morgan after trying to initiate a Medical Malpractice complaint. They were completely irresponsive and amateurist when they finally responded. The person who called was arrogant. I can't imagine how they ever got to be the largest injury lawfirm in the country.

My name is Ray Joseph. I am in South Florida. My case manager is Julissa Carbajal. My case is about a car that crossed multiple lanes then hit me back in November 2025.
Although my case is still in the “Build” stage, I am submitting a review of the progress so far, because frankly, it was very depressing and discouraging for me to read so many negative reviews.
Many people mentioned a lack of communication, but in my case, although I have initiated it the majority of the time, I have to be honest and say that the responses I got each time I reached out were practically immediate.
This is my first time being in a vehicle accident and having to reach out to an attorney for assistance, so I have no idea how long the process should take. I have completed my Physical Therapy, MRI, TeleHealth appointments, etc., that were scheduled for me by M&M, and I have been informed that my case is being put together to be presented for the best possible settlement.
I have given them 5 stars because, so far, I have no reason to complain about anything about my case. I am looking forward to receiving my settlement because it would be a great help with taking care of financial obligations, and I am confident that I will submit another 5 stars after my case has been completed and my settlement will be satisfactory to me. 🤞🏼

An 'internal review' doesn't help the 'little guy' you claim to represent if your firm only opens the door for high-earners. Justice shouldn't have a salary floor.

They agreed to take my case after a few months, many medical bills and want we believe was internal bleeding and conformed whiplash they dropped our case stating it was because it didn’t brake my back or neck and no surgery was needed, as the responsible company covered up there gross negligence making it appear that it was a fluke accident A part of me thinks the attorney on my case took a payoff from the company.

My experience with him was horrible. They promised they’d called they didn’t. I left a message left a message after message finally got through after I signed a contract with them and they said they really couldn’t do anything so why did we go through that? It’s been three weeks.

they don't even remember me - if you call m&m - outside of kentucky - tennessee or florida - you will be referred to a local law firm in your are - m&m can only operate in those 3 states - if i had to go with a local law firm - i would like to pick it myself !!! read the reviews for m&m - there is not one satisfied customer !!! with them or their local subs !!! you've been warned !!!

What a joke! They aren't even worth the 1 star I gave them . The paralegal I had was lazy and I literally had to offer my help to get things moving faster . It took 8 months for a little auto accident. I almost felt like she was on the side of the person that hit us . Don't call them , they don't live up to there commercials. The lawyer , which I emailed once , didn't even respond to my email. The whole thing was a horrible experience.

Morgan and Morgan really needs to look at what is going on. I was referred by someone who gave them good reviews but I am not having that same experience. The case managers are rude and seem as if the case is not for a lot of money they could care less. My vehicle was hit in a hospital parking lot and there is always some excuse as to why they cannot find out enough information to handle my case. There is always some excuse to try and hold on to clients. I am very frustrated with the way they handle business the lawyers are extremely rude and hard to work with.

They took a case of mine and my father's in the past. But then said the time restraints had expired. Recently, I tried to get their assistance and was told they cannot help with medical negligence cases. They claimed they will send me a referral for another attorney. This has never happened. Nobody has contacted me at all. I am quite disappointed in their services and would not recommend them.

Called twice about my fraudulent moving review and my case was turned down both times with no sufficient explanation as to the reason despite my requests. The law firm then referred my to the Florida Bar website (which did not provide any help).

I had a serious facial injury and Morgan took on my case. Had me sign a contract with them but after a week of wasting my time with them they backed out because it wasn’t enough money for them to pursue my case so they dropped me.
FOR THE PEOPLE? Balony. They are your typical greedy attys who only take on the big easy money making cases. Find another firm!
